A Bishop Is The Husband Of One Wife?

If we the believers of the Bible, (King James Version) If I remember correctly , it reads somewhere in the scriptures where it states do not add or take away from the scriptures... Correct? So then Where does it state that a Bishop Now is a Woman a female?? I understood the Bishop is a Husband(Male) of ONE wife(female).. Now if we the born again believers also believe the word, where it states He's the same YESTERDAY, TODAY, & FOREVER more, then how did this heresy creep in the body of Christ like it's ok?
