ARE WE ADOPTED INTO JUDAISM OR CHRISTIANITY OR BOTH?

[HOPE - Psalm 43:5]

I WANTED TO LOOK AT THE CONCEPT OF ADOPTION AND GET YOUR OPINION ON A FEW QUESTIONS:

1. HOW IS THIS ACCOMPLISHED BY CHRIST?
2. WHY WAS IT NECESSARY?
3. WHO WAS ADOPTED?
4. ARE THERE DIFFERENT ADOPTIONS EXPRESSED IN SCRIPTURE?
5. WHAT ARE ADOPTED INTO: JUDAISM, CHRISTIANITY, BOTH, NEITHER?

Feel free to answer all questions or just one question or as many as you desire. I only ask that you share which question(s) you are answering.

Below are a few scriptures strictly pulled out by searching the word adoption. Of course there is more to each of these scriptures and I welcome your sharing even more than these:

Romans 8:15
For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

Romans 8:23
And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

Romans 9:4
Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises;

Galatians 4:5
To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.

Ephesians 1:5
Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will...

Let us be honest, and say that many african americans arent really african, or come from african descent(such as myself, at least as far as I know). Many so called african americans are of native american, for which they are of Asian(Chinese-Mongolian) descent, and european descent. many african americans probably have 1-3 people that are of african descent, and they lable themselves AA, lol, its hilarious.

WHO CARES who the originals were.. Just worship God, and keep his commandments lol.

This is true but all of us still would like to know truth of our heritage and we know that in America we all try to either claim African or deny it or claim everything we have so we can say we are not ALL African as whites say we are. As whites call us Black even if we are mixed with Indian, White, Chinese or whatever if we have any Black in us we are labeled Black so let's get real about that! I do agree it really matters not what nationality because there is only one race in the world and it is the Human Race. Race matters only stem from Evolution believers and racists. If you are a Creation believer then you know the truth. I only say what I said about me finding out that the part of me from Africa being Hebrew Israelite is for my personal knowledge. I too come from white, Indian and others but that is only because of genes. We all come from Adam and Eve no matter what color the skin.

I've been telling people that for some time... like me, I STILL have not been able to trace much African in my background which is why I don't particularly like using the description African American to describe me. There is more native american and European American in me than a little bit... and I mean on BOTH sides of my family. I was finally able to find out some things about my biological father's side of the family just this past weekend.

Shoot not only do we have more non-African in our family but witchcraft runs so deep its a shame. And what is even more interesting is that there seems to be this uprising in the bloodline of BOTH witches and ministers....like there has been this silent feud over which would dominate the bloodline. (ok getting off subject here...sorry)

But as Moreh and John have said.... I won't discount the heritage within me...l want to learn more about ALL of me...not just a majority or a minority...

Personally Tracy I don't ever go for the minority or majority terminology. To me that is what white people in this country use to keep a separation between people. It's like the old India caste system.

Isn't the original name for Africa: Alkebu Lan and then the Romans named it from Libya (which means the land of Lebu or Lubins in the book of Genesis) to Africa for just the North coast part but later used the word Africa for the whole continent?

I found this statement which of course requires more research/homework:
