Can Muslims be taken into FELLOWSHIP with Christians?

Many in the African American Community are coverts to Islam. Many of us believers here in Chicago know someone who has entered the Nation of Islam or a mainstream Islamic group. This is a REAL WORLD problem here. How do we deal with these wayward Brothers and Sisters?

Can we extend the right hand of fellowship with these "fellow Monotheists" or are they to be considered Infidels?
