Here is another question asked by a non Christian.

Can there ever be a compromise between good and evil ?

between forces of the dark and forces of the light ?

You are asked to give your answer to the person.  I am hoping for more than just unsupported qoutes from the bible which would mean nothing to the asker.  I am not the asker of this question, do not try to teach me, my response is below.

Those are ideas.

There is nothing to reconcile so no compromise is possible.That is why
they are opposites now and forever, they are also balancing forces.
Each exists to stand against the other, a kind of yin and yang.
They are never equal one is always more than the other.

Now I would suggest the evil has some degree of primacy, with all the hate in the world.
We are one people, one species and we can not see it or act like it.
The divisions play to the forces of good and evil.

The desires of good and evil does not allow compromise.
example:
Hate, there is nothing to compromise if you exercise hate, intolerance,
bigotry, and so on the only change is to stop completely there is
nothing to compromise.
