Bible scholars please enligthen me on this issue, can a Pastor advice someone to get divorce or separated from their partners? If yes on what occassion or situation.
Secondly, is it right to get married after divorce?

Shalom. It is not wise for a pastor to advise someone to get divorce or separated from their spouses. First, the situation must be evaluated on why the divorce takes place. Is it right to get married after divorce? Well it depends on the grounds of divorce. Torah, as well as Yahushua says that you can only divorce on the grounds of sexual immorality(adultery, fornication).
