Do the People Serve the Pastor or Does the Pastor Serve the People?

I have noticed in the last five years or so that pastors talk as if the people owe them something.

I could have sworn that pastors are called to serve the people and not the other way around.

The sheep do not feed the shepeard in the natural why so in the "spirit"?

If a church is failing, the pastor should first throughly examine himself and his household and see what they may have done that has now trickled down to the people unknowingly.

A pastor is a servant as well as a Sheppard who sheppard's the flock. Jesus said, that He didn't come to be served, but to serve....If its good enough for Christ, its good enough for the pastor. Is that slave greater than the Master?
