Does Integrity still Matter? Is it a show or is God really in it?

I wanted to get the opinion of others. I am a new Pastor, started our own work, and getting almost 1 year into this, Im finding out alot of ministries are no longer in this for the Move of God and lives being changed. Im coming across Pastors that are lying and living a image to get engagments, etc. What is really happening in the body? Is Integrity still a requirement for operating in ministry ot do we all eventually bow down to the entertainment of it and lack the Real Presence and Power of god in our Churches??
