Genesis 2:8-10

And God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there He put the man whom He had formed. And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil; And a river went out of the Eden to water the garden, and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads.

God being God and all knowing knew that man's needed provisions made for him so that he would survive; therefore, God created the earth suitable for man's survival as well as placing man in the perfect place with all the necessary tools required for survival.

Again, God's love is on display in how He has made provisions for all man's needs as well as giving him dominion over all of His other creations. God made provision for man's ability to choose between right and wrong, obedience or disobedience-the tree of knowledge of good and evil. This was to test man's level of obedience to Him.

God established certain institutions as a means for man to worship and honor God our Creator and Sustainer, and some were marriage, worship through our giving by the first of our harvest whether crops or income.

God also made provisions for our well-being in our daily lives by promising to provide all our needs according to His riches and glory through His Son Jesus (Philippians 4:19). God provided for governance with the establishment of governments. All government leaders are to govern according to God's divine will.

God's provisional care is witnessed through every aspect of our lives.
