I DON'T LOVE YOU NOW.. BUT I WILL .... LATER

Question:
What should come first, the FEELING of love or the DECISION to love?

Example:
In arranged marriages, most often the decision to marry comes first, then the decision to love one another comes second, then eventually the feelings.

Do we have it backwards in this Western society?

Is there a biblical principle for the decision to love coming before the feelings or emotions of love?
