Left the Ministry

I have been out of church and ministry for about 4yrs. I sometimes feel ashamed and miss fellowship. I have tried but get so tired of church as usual.

I have been asking God to lead me to where he would have me to be. It has been hard because I have gotten into things that I should not be in, but it is hard to get out. I wonna go back but I have done to much, and it is hard to face those faces of the church folk.

I worked in the office of a Evagelist and walked away from it all. Please pray for me that God will direct me.

Just know that by God's word He said He would never leave you nor forsake you. You haven't done too much that God will not forgive. He is full of mercy and will forgive any soul that cries out to Him in repentance to return home to him. Remember the Prodigal son? Our Heavenly Father is waiting for your return home and Jesus arms are wide open to you. Don't let the Devil keep you down in shame to destroy you. Your not alone in this experience. It's time to return home to where God directs you. You are loved with a Godly love our sister in Christ.

No sin is greater than the other, all sins are equal in Gods sight. Hold your head up and give your life back to the Lord he will accept you. If the people you are around criticize you about your past then they themselves are not delivered.

If you ask for forgiveness to the God than he will forgive you and when you face your church members they will also forgive you because they know that they are not the one to judge but Jesus is. So be strong and he will help you.

There is nothing wrong with you! There is something wrong with church folks! I'm grandson of a Bishop, "PK", and sang in the choir under the direction of Byron Cage and walked away!

You clearly said you were tired of the "usual", well according to a survey conducted by the Barna Group, there are thousands of christians who have walked away because of nasty negative experiences from "religious" church people.

I suggest researching this issue because you are not alone, because my wife and I walked away from a church when we discovered the pastor was a warlock and he has a profile on this network!

You need support from non-judgmental christians the lord will lead you.
