This is where the rubber meets the road. We truly preach Messiah, but do we know where Moses wrote about Him? Jews really attack us here, and many do not have an answer. Understanding where Moses wrote about Messiah is the foundation of understanding Messiah. Many give Christian interpretations to the so called "Messianic prophecies" of the Old Testament, but is there a Hebrew interpretation towards them. So, the challenging question for us all is.

IF MOSES WROTE ABOUT YESHUA... WHERE!?

Of course its possible to kill a GOD. Anything and anyone can die, so long as you place them in an element where Death & Hades reigns. In eternity, Death & Hades are not present, and therefore hold no authority. However, in time, Death & Hades reign until CHRIST Himself cast them both into the Lake of Fire:

1st Corinthians 15:26 "The last enemy that shall be destroyed is Death."

1st Corinthians 15:54-55 "So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?"

Revelation 20:14 "And Death and Hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death."

YHWH GOD our FATHER defeated Death through the resurrection of our LORD JESUS. JESUS is GOD, but JESUS did die.
God AND Angels are spirit beings. Spirit beings do not die. That is why there had to be a place made for those spirits that disobeyed God to go.

Matt.25
[41] Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

Everyone is going to be made into a spirit being, this is why death and hell/the grave will be cast into hell.

Rev.20
[14] And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

What is being said is that for these there will be no more death nor going into the grave, for they will be in tormment forever as spirit beings. Beings that do not die.

The only difference is that some will be spirit beings, living forever with Jesus in His kingdom, while others will be spirit beings, also living forever in the lake of fire.

Isa.66
[24] And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.

Matt.25
[41] Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

And since it is impossible to kill a spirit being, Jesus had to become flesh and blood man so that He could die for the sins of the world.

And that is why the scriptures says He was made lower than the angels.

Jesus had to not be a spirit being. Otherwise there would not have been the shedding of blood, and God says there MUST be the shedding of blood for the forgiveness of sins.

As I expected, you ignored EVERYTHING I said. Lets try this: go back, and reread what I wrote then respond accordingly, please.
Brother I read all that you posted. Now let's look at how you worded it.

"Jesus is God" And that is correct, Jesus is again God now! But was Jesus God when He was born of Mary?

Was Jesus a flesh and blood man while here on earth?

Let's let the bible answer it for us;

John 1
[1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

So we have the Word, which we know is Jesus and He was God. Now let's read what happened to God, the Word;

[14] And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

So now we see that God is no longer a spirit being, but a flesh and blood being. God was no longer as the angels, which is why the bible says;

Heb.2
[9] But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death,

And again;

[14] Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

Jesus was made a flesh being so that His blood could be shed and the sins of the world forgiven.

If Jesus had stayed a spirit being, He could not have died. Spirit beings do not die.

Next you said;

"Jesus did die" and that too is correct. But Jesus died as a flesh and blood man.

John 19
[34] But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.

You can not do that to a spirit being.

And where is Jesus now? Let's read His request to the Father;

John 17
[5] And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

So we have Jesus back to being a God. Back to the glory He once had with the Father.

So your statements are true;

Jesus is a God AND Jesus did die!

But Jesus died as a flesh and blood man, and He returned to being God after the resurrection!

.
JESUS at one time stopped being GOD?? That HERESY and pure RUBBISH!

There is no place in scripture that substantiates such talk, and yet all throughout scripture it shows the opposite.
Jesus did stop being God so that He could die for our sins. Here is what the bible says;

Heb.2
6] But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?
[7] Thou madest him a little lower than the angels;

Here we find man was made lower than the angels. Man is not a spirit being, but a flesh and blood being. Now let's read what nature Jesus took when He came into the world;

[9] But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death...

So we see Jesus, just as man, was also made lower than the angels. And why? So that He could die, or as the bible says, "...for the suffering of death..."!

[14] Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
[16] For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.

Again, God's word says Jesus did NOT take on the nature of angels, but instead the nature of man!

Now let's confirm this;

John 1
[14] And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,

And again;

Luke 1
[31] And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son

Rev.12
[5] And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

Now let's look what God compared man to;

Isa.31
[3] Now the Egyptians are men, and not God; and their horses flesh, and not spirit.

Man and beast are flesh and NOT spirit as is God.

Now let's read what Jesus requested of the Father while He was here on earth. Let's read the nature Jesus wanted to return to;

John 17
[5] And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

Now why would Jesus request to be given His glory, if He already had it while here on earth?

So putting this all together we have;

"And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,"
"What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?
Thou madest him a little lower than the angels;"
"But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death..."
"Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same"
"For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham."

These are just a few scriptures that let's us know that while Jesus was here on earth He was a flesh and blood being, a man that was sent here for one purpose only....to DIE for the sins of the world.

If Jesus came in the nature He once possesed, a spirit being, He could not have accomplished what He was sent to do.

God is a spirit;
John 4
24. God is a Spirit:

Angels are spirits;
Heb.1
7. And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits

Spirit beings do not die!

While Jesus was here on earth He was 100% flesh and blood. Why?

"...and without shedding of blood is no remission."

.
Just because JESUS stopped being on the throne for a time doesn't mean He stepped down from "GOD-hood". This sounds like "Kenosis". Lets take note of what is said in the Gospels:

John 10:29-36 "My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. I and my Father are one. Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God. Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?"

JESUS did not deny their claim at all because what they stated was totally true. This was BEFORE He went to the cross.

Are you an Eastern Orthodox Christian? This seems to be the same doctrine from the Orthodox church of the East, particularly the Coptic Orthodox, and the Russian Orthodox Churches. You also are teaching "Homoiousia", saying that JESUS' divinity was "similar", but not the same as the FATHER. All of this, no matter which category you place it in, is heresy. You are preaching another Gospel.
All I am saying is that at one time Jesus was a spirit being, equal to God the Father, then, while here on earth He took on the nature of man; flesh and blood.

Did Jesus ever stop being the son of God? No! Just as the example you gave, are we ALL not the son of God? Yes! The only thing Jesus stopped being was a spirit being....and that, only for a time!

Phil. 2.
5. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
6. Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

Jesus then took on the nature of a flesh and blood man. Let's read;

7. But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

And why did He do this? Again the scripture tells us;

8. And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Understand me brother, I am not denying that Jesus was at one time God, a spirit being.

I am not saying that Jesus is not now a God, a spirit being.

What I am saying, along with ALL of the scriptures I have presented is that while Jesus was here on earth, He took upon Himself the nature of flesh and blood man. Jesus was NOT a spirit being when He was born of Mary.

He HAD to come as a being that could die. Jesus HAD to become flesh and blood!

Why?

Because for whatever reason God said that there MUST be the shedding of blood for the remission of sins. That is the ONLY thing He would accept to remove the curse of sin which is the second death.

I have presented three different places where the scriptures explain the nature that Christ took AND the reason He HAD to take on this flesh and blood nature.

Let's review them again;

John 1
1. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God.
2. The same was in the beginning with God.

And what happened to God?

[14] And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us

So John tells us God was made flesh.

Heb.2
[9] But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death...

Here we have Paul telling us that Jesus was made lower than the angels so that He could experience death. He then goes and tells us the nature He took on;

[14] Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
[16] For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.

Again, God's word says Jesus did NOT take on the nature of angels, but instead the nature of man!

Phil. 2.
5. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
6. Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

Jesus then took on the nature of a flesh and blood man. Let's read;

7. But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

And why did He do this? Again the scripture tells us;

8. And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Brother....how many times does God's word have to say that Jesus became flesh and blood so that He could DIE!

As long as Jesus was a Spirit being He could not die. SPIRIT BEINGS DO NOT DIE!

Jesus HAD to take on the nature of man for the suffering of death.

Again....I am NOT saying that Jesus at anytime gave up His title, postition, or anything of the sort.

But the one thing Jesus Had to do was to stop being a Spirit being so that He could die for the sins of the world.

If you cannot see this brother, then that means for what ever reason;

2 Thes.2
[11] And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
All that you said here was true. However, you also included earlier that JESUS stopped being GOD because He took on the form of a man. That is the issue.
