There is doctrine that is taught in the Sunday Church that Jesus died on the Cross, and nailed all the laws to the cross. The animal sacrifice Law, the Levitical priesthood, the 10 commandments, the Feasts of the Lord, the Dietary Law, and the cleanliness laws. But he did not do away with the "Tithing, and offerings law" He kept that one. Since all the laws are done away with. I know none of you Sunday Christians would have a problem with me sneaking in the back door to sleep with your wives. Yes plural. If there isn't a law, I can fornicate, and not have to worry. Jesus' blood covers me. It will be ok. I can sneak in your back door and steal your stuff out of your house. There is no law. I was coveting it. I wanted your stuff. You won't mind if I blow the top of your head off either since there is no law. Thou shalt not kill, who cares. Jesus is Lord. He did it all so I don't have to. I can take the Lord's name in vain, there is no law. I can serve any god I want to. There is no law. I can even worship money, and idols, and graven images. There is not law. Jesus nailed them to the cross. I don't need to even go to church or pay tithes. There is no law. I can do what I want to serve the Lord my way. There is not law to unite us under one common goal to get eternal life. So. I can eat drink and be marry because I am guaranteed a place in the kingdom. I don't even know why that old Bible has anything about a judgement. Jesus did it all. Listen at how that sounds. But that is what is taught. We are free in Jesus. No laws. No commandments. Just obedience. Does that make sense?

Praise the Lord for memory recall Bro. Watson.

I'm going to have to resort to cutting & pasting your thorough teachings from now on; my memory recall is not that sharp at times. :-)
Great post Bro. Watson, as always . . .
As always you are going off theology, and not what the Bible says. You all by pass my question. I know you all celebrate Easter, and you all will not answer if we get 3 days and 3 nights from Good Friday evening to Easter Sunday Morning.
Tru Dat Bro. Watson, and he can take Augustsun with him!
Why are you responding then if you don't care. You make no sense. Why are you replying to my thread if you don't care?
@ Brother Watson Here is how I prove my God out.

Jesus said he would be in the grave 3 days and 3 nights.

Matthew 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

This scripture is proof that Jesus was in the grave 3 days and 3 nights, which is 3, 24 hr periods, since there is 24 hrs in a day. Now I believe Jesus is the Messiah, therefore this scripture, I will post, I believe it.

Daniel 9:26-27 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

It said Messiah shall be cut off, but not for himself, which makes Jesus' words true when he said he would be in the grave 3 days and 3 nights in Matthew because I beleive that the Messiah is Jesus. It also said that in the midst of the week, he would cause sacrifice and Oblation to cease. I know that sacrifice and oblation is the animal sacrifice law,and in Daniel it said he would die, but not for himself, so he caused the sacrifice and oblation to cease for many. It also said in the midst of the week. That is the middle of the week. What day is the middle of the week? You know it is Wednesday. So he died on a Wednesday right before Sundown because of this scripture that I am going to post because it has to be 3 days and 3 nights or 3, 24 hr periods.

Matthew 28:1-6 In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men. And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.

It said in the end of the Sabbath Mary came, and Jesus was already risen. So, it was yet dark. He had to have died right before sundown on the Sabbath, which would have caused him to have to have died right before sundown on Wednesday. That is just common sense. So we have Jesus, the Messiah dying wednesday right before sundown, and raising on the Sabbath right before sundown. Let's count 3 days and 3 Nights.

Wednesday: Jesus Died: Night: 12hrs
Thursday: in the grave: Day/Night: 24hrs
Friday: in the grave: Day/Night: 24hrs
Sabbath Day: in the grave in the Day, and rose right before Sundown: 12Hrs

12+24+24+12=72= 3 days and 3 nights.

All lined up, and you can read where I got my info I am talking about. This is how I prove my God out by the scriptures. Line upon line Precept upon Precept, Here a Little, There a Little, from the Law and the Testimony. I just go by what I read because the scriptures say that there is no private interpretation of the scriptures. I will just post those scriptures too. just to let you know I follow the scripture for what they say, and not for who can interpret them.

Isaiah 28: 9-13 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

2Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

Isaiah 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

See I can prove why I do what I do.
See Pastor Valentine,

I knew Hez would not accept your response because he answered his own question which he could have done days ago.

Like I said, he was looking for one of us to say "WE WERE IN ERROR."

What a pain!
Will you admit error, and turn from your wrong ways? That is the test of a true believer.
Forgive him Lord, for he knows not what he does.
I have a question, reading the bible in Hebrew gives us rights under the Torah which will lead to death for some.So my question is,should we not fear mans law and live by the Torah, and make the world a better place.Like one main law states that when a child is unruly,to parents and others,we can take them to the elders, then parents get to stone them! Honestly not trying to be funny, who are the elders or counsel we are suppose to take this too?
Another question is what was Jesus purpose in your view?
What laws are not taught by a schoolmaster, and what man has never sinned according to the Torah?
What does this scripture mean to you? Galatians 3:23-But before faith came,we were kept under the law, shut up unto faith which aferwards be revealed.
Hey I agree with some of what you say,the ordinances are to stand forever, now isn't the son of God a better spokesman for the Father who sent Him? Romans :8:3 -For what the law could not do,in that it was weak through the flesh,God sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin condemned sin in the flesh.
Does grace have a place in Torah obedience?
I asked if people are keeping the Torah to the letter were are the sacrifices of the animals taking place and where is that altar located? Yo do have to keep allthe laws right?
Finally, what does this mean, Romans 10:4 -For Christ is the end of the law for righteouness to every one that believeth.
No argruement man point me to what you read when these questions were brought up!
Brother Agnew, If you would accept my friend request. I will be glad to send you emails one by one to answers your questions without the input or scrutiny of others, and then you can see, and make a good determination if we are full of it or not.

grace & peace to all.. Just bring up relevant threads to the forum
