Have anyone ever heard of a website called "not with my tax dollars" created by Craig Blair? I heard him on CNN a couple of nights ago, he was speaking about changing financial assistance, he was saying that nowhere in our state or U.S. constitutions is it mandated that financial assistance is a right, and how he's sick of drug users abusing our public assistance system. Blair thinks we should require random drug testing for every individual receiving welfare, food assistance or unemployment benefits.

Now, at first, I was like O.K., I agree with what he's saying. Than I got to thinking, than I remembered, back in the 80's & 90's a lot of republicans made a lot of jokes about black women having kids simply to increase the amount of money they received, having babies to get welfare checks, that was their thought process, every time a middle class or upper middle class republican saw a black person smoking pot in the middle of the day they thought about their tax dollars being used to pay for that. Than it's got to be more white folks on welfare than any other race because they was the majority, back than, so there must be more white folks on welfare than black folks. Than I remembered this guy speaking about helping the homeless and their was a meeting with a group of wealthy folks eating steaks speaking about helping the homeless, the only problem, there was no homeless people there. I think this is one of those things, wealthy folks will come up with a good solution to help folks and save on their tax dollars, but are so out of touch, & live to far from the problem that their solutions only cause more problems. If they cut someone off their food stamps for failing a drug test, than what do they think that person is going to do to get money? Than I got to thinking is that my problem if that person can not get high & brake the law. I agree, there is a lot of Americans that abuse the system & use their money to get high on drugs & folks are sick of paying for these folks with their tax dollars, some of these folks live better than the none Americans that don't receive food stamps. Than I got to thinking, yes, anyone that receives any type of aid, including welfare and unemployment, should have to submit to random testing in order to continue receiving assistance. The only folks that would have a problem with that is the people that use their checks to get high or go to Wal-mart. But cutting them off want solve the problem more help kicking the problem once they fail may help.

I'm I wrong to agree, and that the only folks that would have a problem with that is the people that use their checks to get high

I do not get high my brother, neither receive assistance. But the ones who abuse the system are the well off whom jump on the system. Also the ones whop make the rules need to be held in check also,

You do know that if you change or rebuild the motor, you most assuredly must change or rebuild the transmission.
Greetings, Brother West that's a very good point, a funny way of putting it, but very smart.
