SEVEN (7) KEYS TO A GENUINE FULFILMENT IN LIFE AS A CHRISTIAN PART (2)
Hi precious ones,
Calvary greetings to you all once again, in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Last week we looked at the key#1 to have a genuine fulfillment in our lives as true Christians (I mean a genuinely born again child of God). Today, I want us to look at the key#2. But before we get into it I want to make something clear here.
Recently, I went to minister in some churches. These are thriving churches with sizable members and lots of workers, leaders and pastors. As I preached the word as usual, simple and easy to understand with the great backing of the Holy Spirit; I was led to make altar calls. To my amazement almost 90% of the congregations came to the front to give their lives to Christ. These are people who have in these churches for several years yet have no idea of what it actually meant to be saved, neither have they even took the step of faith to surrender their lives totally to the Lord Jesus. What surprise me the most is when I lifted up my head to look I saw that almost all the leaders and the pastors were also on the altar weeping and praying and asking for forgiveness of sins, including the choristers, prayer warriors etc.
Another shock I received few years back was when a supposedly minister of the gospel came to enroll in my Bible College (IMPACT BIBLE TRAINING COLLEGE,INC), confessed to me after listening to one of our lectures, that he was not really born again and he wanted to truly give his life to Christ. And I had to lead him to give his life to Christ as he went on his knees in prayer. Brethren, it will surprise you that he was not just the only pastor I have led to Christ. Frankly, I cannot remember how many but the truth is that they are in numbers. I was shocked because if they called themselves pastors over congregation and they their selves are not saved, what have they preaching to the members. Do you see why we many half baked ministers in the system today who do not even know their right from left in the ministry but, all they do is focusing on prosperity only and not constantly alerting the people of the danger of hell. It is true as the Jesus said when the blind lead the blind; they shall both fall into the ditch.
The point am driving home here is simple, if you are reading these articles and you are not sure of the salvation of your soul. Or if you are just a church goer professing to know the Lord but have never had any personal encounter with Him, you are just deceiving yourself.
No matter how much of the word you have in your head, or how well you sing or do whatever in the house of the Lord, am sorry, these principles may not maximally profit you. And the most dangerous of it all is that if you continue to live this pretentious life you wil finally end up in hell fire where you will never be rescued forever. The fire will burn you eternally. I was once a very stubborn sinner until God showed me vividly how the Rapture of the saints will be like, and when that could not convince me enough, He finally gave me a revelation of Hell Fire. Beloved, since that day till now the picture of hell has never departed from my sight. I have done everything for the picture to go away but it will not just go from me. Even as iam typing these few lines tears almost running down my cheek because the picture is too real and the burden is too strong on me. I beg you in the name of the Lord; get serious with your life. Wake up from your fantasy and face reality – hell is real and heaven is real! The only thing that can make you to escape the horribleness of hell and to make it to heaven and spend eternity with the Lord is for you to quickly run to the Lord now that you still have breath in your nostrils and ask him for forgiveness. This will not only make you to go to heaven but it will also profit you physically here on earth. Just keep on reading my articles because one of these days I will be talking on the SECRETS TO ACQUIRING AND PERSEVERING IN OVERFLOWING PROSPERITY. I promise it will be mind blowing. But that should not be our ultimate, rather heaven should be.
I know by now, someone may be asking the question – HOW DO I GET SAVED?
It is very simple. But first of all, I want you to know that salvation is the act of God by which he delivers sinners from the power and dominion of sin.
Salvation is made possible through the sacrificial death of Christ for all. No one merits salvation by his or her good works, religious activities, sacraments or high moral principles.
So, what are the steps?
STEP#1: YOU MUST ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR SINFUL STATE – (Romans
3:10, 23; 6:23).
You are not a sinner necessarily because of the sins that you have committed, but a sinner from birth. When I Adam sinned, it was you who sinned. Why? Because in Adam was the seed of all human race. So when he sinned you sinned. The Bible says that through one man’s sin (Adam) sin and death was pass on all human races. Romans 5: 12-14
STEP#2: YOU MUST CONFESS ALL YOUR KNOWN SINS TO GOD
(Proverbs 28:13)
STEP#3: YOU MUST FORSAKE (RENOUNCE) ALL KNOWN SINS
(Proverbs 29:13)
STEP#4: YOU MUST SINCERELY REPENT FROM YOUR SINS
Mark 1:15; 2 Corinthians 7:9, 10)
God demand repentance from all sinners.
Repentance is foundational to the Christian life and relationship with God. You must forsake all your sinful practices, ungodly lifestyles, wrong thinking and ideas which are contrary to God’s way, and then turn to God.
Simply put, repentance is a change of mind, a decision to forsake sin and to surrender one’s life to Christ by following Him. It is this repentance that leads to true salvation.
STEP#5: YOU MUST HAVE FAITH IN THE FORGIVING
ABILITY OF GOD.
Faith I Christ results in salvation. God wants to see your faith and not just your crying or shouting for salvation. Faith is required for the you to be forgiven and saved.
By faith, you completely trust in Christ for salvation. You are not praying for salvation after repentance, but you believe that your prayer for salvation is answered and that you are saved. Believe in the blood of Christ to cleanse you from your sins and in the power of Christ to save you.
It is by faith that you will be justified and saved (Romans 5:1; Ephesians 2:5)
After praying and trusting Christ for salvation, do not base your assurance of salvation on feelings or emotions or spectacular revelation; but on the unchanging word of God.
God has promised to forgive and to save, and He will never fail to answer the prayer of a sincere seeker. If you have truly repented and prayed in faith for salvation, the assurance will come.
Beloved, if you have never given your life to Christ before and you want to do so now or you have done it before but you backslide and went back to the word, and you want to get connected back, just say this prayer in faith:
Heaven father, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I know myself as a sinner; I confess all my sins to you today. I accept Jesus into my heart today to be my lord and savior forever. Father, forgive me in Jesus’ name I pray. Thank you for saving me. I promise to serve you forever.
If you have sincerely prayed the above prayer, then believe that God has forgiven you. And make sure that you don’t go back those sins again. And find a Bible believing church in your area to attend.

KEY#2: FOCUSED IN HIS WORSHIP –
Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them;
DEUT. 11:16
A man who is not focused will easily slip into idolatry and occultism. There is only a thin line between genuine Christianity, idolatry and occultism and this is why we need to be focused.
THINGS SEEN IN A FOCUSED MAN’S LIFE.
1. He remains strictly on God’s word at all times.
2. He don’t run here and there
3. He doesn’t pursue shadows
4. He doesn’t think that all that glitters are gold.
5. He doesn’t follow crowd or multitude.
*WHEN YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND THE VOICE OF THE SPIRIT YOU BECOME A CAUSALITY IN THE BATTLE OF LIFE
6. He doesn’t take miracles as divine acceptance
7. He doesn’t do anything just to get result.
8. He doesn’t allow anything that cannot be substantiated by God’s word in his life.
9. He follows the path of holiness and the Holy Spirit.
10. He always follows and submits to the essence of worship. (John 4:24; Luke 10:38 – 42; 2 Kings
3:11, 12)
When you are a genuine believer you are not ashamed of God and His word.
*You don’t hide your Bible in the newspaper
*You don’t hide your convictions
*You don’t compromise
