SEVEN (7) KEYS TO GENUINE FULFILLMENT IN LIFE AS A CHRISTIAN (PART 1)

Dear Beloved in Christ,

Calvary greetings to you all, in the precious name of our Lord and
Saviour Jesus Christ.

It is with joy in my heart to announce to you that from today I want to
begin some Bible studies with you that will definitely help us to grow
in our walk with God as well as to bear good fruits that will attract
others to Him.

As we continue studying together iam trusting God for the best spiritual
experiences in your life. I will also be seriously be interceding for
you and am confident that you will soon be sharing testimonies with us
to the glory of God and to the shame of the devil. I want you to talk
to your friends and family members to join us every week and I believe
their lives will never remain the same, in Jesus’ name.

Remember, as iam doing this with you it is in a way of fulfilling my
divine mandate on earth, which is EQUIPPING AND EMPOWERING PEOPLE FOR
EXCELLENCE AND A LASTING IMPACT THROUGH CHRIST. As we go on I will be
taking you deeper into the word of God to make sure we don’t remain as
babes in the Lord only drinking the milk of the word but, we have to
grow to begin to eat the meat and chew bones of the word of God in order
to grow stronger.

As time goes on I will also be introducing you into some of the courses
in my Bible College. E.g. teachings from
1. School of Christ’s Prophets
2. School of Christ’s Apostles
3. School of Outreach & Strategic Missions
4. School of Healing
5. School of Deliverance
6. School of Church Planting
7. School of Church Growth and many others yet to come.

Happy readings and may God Almighty give you deep illumination and
understanding as well as the grace to be the doer of the word and not a
forgetful hearer, in Jesus’ name.

As part of the introduction to this subject, I want us to read from the
book of Deuteronomy 11: 13-25:

13 And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my
commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God,
and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul,
14 That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the
first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and
thy wine, and thine oil.
15 And I will send grass in thy fields for thy cattle, that thou mayest
eat and be full.
16 Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye
turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them;
17 And then the LORD'S wrath be kindled against you, and he shut up the
heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her fruit;
and lest ye perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD giveth
you.
18 Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your
soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as
frontlets between your eyes.
19 And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou
sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou
liest down, and when thou risest up.
20 And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and
upon thy gates:
21 That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in
the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the
days of heaven upon the earth.
22 For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I
command you, to do them, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his
ways, and to cleave unto him;
23 Then will the LORD drive out all these nations from before you, and
ye shall possess greater nations and mightier than yourselves.
24 Every place whereon the soles of your feet shall tread shall be
yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the river
Euphrates, even unto the uttermost sea shall your coast be.
25 There shall no man be able to stand before you: for the LORD your
God shall lay the fear of you and the dread of you upon all the land
that ye shall tread upon, as he hath said unto you.(Deuteronomy 11:
13-25)

Many people go through life without experiencing real fulfillment. Their
lives have been characterized by lots of fumbling, lots of feebleness,
lots of fears, and lots of failures.

The question now is how do we have genuine fulfillment in life as a
child of God?
When we talk of genuine fulfillment it means:

1. Living A Life Of Uncommon Plenty.
2. Living A Life Of Uncommon Power.
3. Living A Life Of Uncommon Purpose.
4. Living A Life Of Uncommon Possibilities.
5. Living A Life Of Uncommon Presence Of God.
6. Living A Life Of Uncommon Protection.
7. Living A Life Of Uncommon Possessions.
8. Living A Life Of Uncommon Peace.
9. Living A Life Of Uncommon Praises.
10. Living A Life Of Uncommon Preservation.

It is never the will of God for us that we go through the common
problems of life. It is never His will that we go through the common
frustrations, common frictions, common threatens of life, common
fruitlessness. There must be a difference between you (the born – again
Christian) and the people of the world.

4 Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on
eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.
5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant,
then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all
the earth is mine:
6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation.
These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.
(Exodus 19: 4 -6)

9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a
peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath
called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: (1st Peter 2:9).

Now lets look at one of the keys that will help us to get genuine
fulfillment in life as sincere children of God.

KEY # 1: FOLLOWING HIS WORD

And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my
commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God,
and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, That I will
give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and
the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and
thine oil. (Deuteronomy 11:13-14)

Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your
soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as
frontlets between your eyes. And ye shall teach them your children,
speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest
by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou
shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy
gates:That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children,
in the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the
days of heaven upon the earth. For if ye shall diligently keep all these
commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the LORD your
God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him; (Deuteronomy11:
18-22)

O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and
keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and
with their children for ever! (Deuteronomy 5:29)

This day the LORD thy God hath commanded thee to do these statutes and
judgments: thou shalt therefore keep and do them with all thine heart,
and with all thy soul. (Deuteronomy 26:16)
And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the
voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments
which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on
high above all nations of the earth: (Deuteronomy 28:1)

There is no how our lives, marriages and homes will be what they ought
to be without God’s words.
Many are following paths and patterns that will only lead to destruction
and damnation.
Israel – God’s own people was warned seriously against the ways of the
Gentiles in all they do at all times. (Deut. 7:1-4, Joshua 23:6-8,
Judges 2:2-4)

We must not go in the ways of the world. And the ways of the world are:

1. The ways of ungodly Traditions
2. The ways of ungodly Projections
3. The ways of ungodly Imaginations
4. The ways of ungodly conversations
5. The ways of ungodly Associations
6. The ways of ungodly Imitations
7. The ways of ungodly Introductions

The ways of the world will attract divine displeasure, divine wrath and
Judgment. (Deut. 16:17; 2 Kings 22:13; Rom. 1:18)

The major problem against marriages and families today is that we don’t
follow God’s words in every area of the marriage and family lives.
Every aspect of our lives must follow God’s words.

1. Our Contemplation About Life Must Follow God’s Word
2. Our Considerations In Life Must Follow God’s Word
3. Our Choice In Life Must Follow God’s Word
4. Our Conduct In Life Must Follow God’s Word
5. Our Comportment In Life Must Follow God’s Word
6. Our Commitment In Life Must Follow God’s Word

Therefore, it is important that we follow God’s words:

1. Diligently
2. Whole heatedly
3. Completely
4. Compulsorily
5. Lovingly (e.g. Joseph)
Love is central in every issues of life. We cannot genuinely love any
person if we don’t love God first.

WHAT TO DO WITH GOD’S WORD AS CORDING TO DEUTERONOMY 11:18

1. Search The Word.
2. Store The Word In Your Heart
3. Speak The Word. That Is, Your Language Should Be The Language Of The
Word And Not The Language Of The World
4. Sow The Word
5. Sing The Word.
6. Supplicate With The Word. The Most Powerful Prayers Is The One You
Pray With The Scriptures.
7. Surround Yourself With The Word. It Means Surround Your Home With The
Word. (Psalm 1:1 – 3)

Well, beloved of God, I hope you have enjoyed today’s teaching. If you
really do enjoy it, why not invite others to also join and by doing so
you are also blessing them and fulfilling a ministry to them.

Till next week when I will come your way again if Jesus tarries, God
richly bless you.

Your brother in the vineyard
