Should there be a Single's Ministry for the Gay members of your church...?????

eHarmony provides Gay dating site after lawsuit

The above link is to an article about eHarmony providing a dating site for the gay community after they were sued for discrimination back in the year 2008... but I wonder... what would be your response if someone wanted to sue your church because you didn't offer a Single's Ministry for the gay community? How would you respond?

When I found out I was stunned.. at first... then remembered that we live in a sin-sick world. ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. If it weren't for that, we would have no need of a Savior.

And yes, I agree, the money must have been REAL GOOD. I thought the company was based on Biblical Beliefs. When your beliefs are challenged in a big way... what will you do?

But, because there is much I do not know about what happened, there are many details that have not been revealed, I/we can only give an opinon on what is being reported to us by the media.

Ministering in prisons our team is confronted by this Spirit frequently (and not just the inmates) Rev. Luckett your keyword is INVOLVED.

We have to understand that there will be crosses/issues in our lives that we will be still dealing with when Jesus comes. Homosexuality is a spirit, it is a high ranking spirit in the realm, that is why whe can discern this spirit so easily, because it is the same wherever, globally, conservatively, liberal.... it cannot be hid.

Just as we deal with other issues, and their attacks, homosexuals will deal with their attacks as well, but there is no temptation that is uncommon to man, meaning simply that it has been and can be overcome, Jesus will make an escape. Some will simply have to live a life of celibacy if they are not attracted to the opposite sex. The scriptures state it is better to be unmarried in serving God. Aslong as they are not actively INVOLVED in this type of behavior, God knows their heart, and when and if they fall and repent, Glory to HIM, that HE is faithful to forgive us our sins

The root of all evil is the LOVE of money, when no love of money exists, the mind will make sober decisions. E-Harmony is first and foremost regardless of what they may say, a business... people are in business to make money.

Churches are not businesses and should not compromise what they believe in
