There is power in the shed Blood of Jesus the Christ. This blood washed all of our sin's away ,Past,Present, and Future. This blood did away with the consequences of the law. It is by Grace that we are saved. The blood of goats,rams,sheep,, even human blood. That blood could only cover , but not wash sin away. The bible says that without the shedding of Blood[ Christ Jesus],there is no remission of sin. The blood of Christ Jesus paid the sin penality of man, woman, boy, and girl.[ whom so ever will ] We must be covered by the blood to have a correct relationship/fellowship with God.

James, i'm not against determining what is true. But what people are doing on bpn is moving beyond the debates and getting personal. Some are realizing the job of the Holy Spirit is which to convince, bring revelation too, bring the person to the knowledge of truth of Jesus Christ. When comments become personal, they have no aid in leading one to the truth. There have been many scriptures posted in this discussion and some still don't believe. If one does not believe scripture, there is nothing more a person can do. They are now in the Hands of God. And for some reason you all believe that the Christian uses grace as an excuse not to obey God. And as I said earlier, that's far from the truth. Some of the people on bpn have some growing up to do. Growing up to the head with is Christ. Many call themselves teachers of the Gospel, but they are quick to get into personal attacks and name calling. Maybe it's just me, but one who is mature in the Gospel will not get too that level. We all talk about crucifying the flesh, well let me take the words of Mary......just do it!!!! Be Blessed!

If you think we don't have to keep the law, you are teaching false. You don't understand Brother Bell, that Jesus took away the animal sacrifice law, and the Levitical Priesthood; "THE DEEDS OF THE LAW" that you false prophets love to use to say we are no longer required to keep the Law. And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

This is the Messiah. You said you believe in the Messiah. The Messiah is Jesus, right. It said that Messiah shall cause sacrifice and oblation to cease. Let's see what Sacrifice, and oblation is.

Leviticus 3:1 And if his oblation be a sacrifice of peace offering, if he offer it of the herd; whether it be a male or female, he shall offer it without blemish before the LORD.

So, sacrifice and oblation is the animal sacrifice law. Let's define it in the dictionary.

Webster Dictionary: Sacrifice:(n.) the offering of animal, plant, or human life or of some material possession to a deity.

Oblation: (n.)the act of making an offering to a god or deity.

You said you believe in the Messiah. The Messiah died to kill the animal sacrifice law, and Levitical Priesthood, and for the sins of man because the animal sacrifice could not take away sin. Jesus' blood takes away sins past, but we are to still keep the commandments to the best of our ability. We have Jesus as our Highpriest, and when we sin, we have Jesus to intercede for us. If we are not observing to keep the commandments, and we sin, we are yet in our sins because we are not observing to do them.

It is not personal. Listen. If you have read the book the Outsiders, and I have read the book the Outsiders, would we not agree on what happened in the book? If we did not, the one who truly read the book will bring you the page where you were wrong. One who has not read the book will bring a page, and interpret what is going on so he or she doesn't look stupid. It is a look and an act. If I personally have truly read the book, and the book says to keep the commandments, and I am human like you, do you think if I read that I didn't have to keep the commandments I would?
