The role of the "Trustee" in 2009
I'm the founding pastor of a new church (August 2008) and I am still working on putting together a STRONG organization. We are in the process of acquiring a building and I want make sure that I have the role of the "trustee" clear.
Can I please get some help from my more experienced clergy to give me some insight? I want to make sure that I'm appointing people who will really be able to help us (in a substantive way) move forward in the area of finances and wealth building for the church.
