WHERE LIES MY FIRST RESPONSIBILITY? TITHING TO SUPPORT MY MINISTRY OR MY CHURCH HOME?

I have been mauling this issue since my ministry became properly defined. Although at its conception stage, it requires funding, which by and large, will come from within. The issue is that I have rationalized between my church home and my ministry, as to which should have my first loyalty in terms of my tithes. At the moment, my ministry is winning that battle. I will like further comments to be sure that I am not contradicting any scriptural teaching. Shalom!
