As a young minister, I am extremely confused as to why one Bishop would think he is any better than a person he scandalizes for perhaps doing what he calls "gross misconduct". Bishop, if  what you say is indeed true about the young man you ordained and now post all over social networks, then why are you not praying for him that he is forgiven and drawn back to the Father. Did you not know, the Word FROM GOD is that in cases like that, WE, the believers should pray and restore such a one in the spirit of meekness AND TAKE HEED, lest we ourselves fall.  Although some things seem like we will never do or fall in that way, being in ministry I have discovered that all of us if ever not walking in the spirit on any given day are subject to fall.  Bishop, the fact that you said you rescinded his ordination and now has this man on the run from California into other parts of the land, tells me that You Are Not Filled with God's love.

Bishop, I pray you Repent and find this man you are speaking of and help him be restored back to God. Nothing is that bad that God doesn't want him in the fold.  That Man's blood is on your hands. Go find him Sir and handle himm with care- God's way. LOVE HIM TO LIFE!!!!

Praise Him! Sisters, I am experiencing something similar so I can relate to the two of you. I am a Pastor and I am under an Apostle. She has been avting pastor and Apostle until I rejoined the Penecostal church. She has told me background on just about every pastor in our city. She has told me about affairs and clicks that some of them have. Even so far as to sometimes tell me there is no annointing when I speak in the prophetic. We recently had Revival- I know every minister that came there before they even arrived. It is difficult to be fair and unbiased when higher ups are misbehaving. Don't they realize they are scandalising people. If you are warning for safety reasons-good, but just uncaringly gossiping and then inviteing these same people to preach for programs is just hypocritical.I believe in speaking the truth. And some of these people preached and said GOD reveals something wrong at the church. I don't want them to feel I have anything to do with it. Attendance has fallen off, arguments have come up becasue of attitudes that should never have been allowed in the first place. We had to call a Chief Apostle to come and settle some of the mess. I told her I don't take sides that everyone was guilty in arguing in the church because someone higher than me said it was others fault. And that she had nothing to do with it. I told the Chief Apostle I may only be a Pastor(not senior pastor , not apostle,etc.)but I know we must respect the house of GOD. This behavior is not to be tolerated. I said, I saw the spirits come in the open door at the back of the church and pingpong to those in the building. If I could have gotten a word in edgewise I would have told them. I think it was God's plan for me to be silent and observe, noone else saw it in the spirit because they were too busy discussing their position and power in the church. To me this does not amount to a hill of beans. What are we going to do about the power struggle? What about the hurt feelings? What about those dark spirits left in the building? these things shouls not have been able to festure and ignite. We are supposed to so reverance in the church. It is GOD's temple for worship and praise. It got solved but, there are feelings that are bruised and hurt. What is wrong with this picture? I show everyone love but I hate to see them together but not really together. There is a stand-offish attitude with the members now. I can only take sides with WWJD. He is not the author of confusion and ministers,pastors,elders, apostles,bishops all have to answer to GOD Remember to whom much is given-much IS required. If they don't learn the valuable lesson down here to get along and love one another-they will not make it to heaven, I don't care what level they are.

Amen sister, I dont know the bishop in question but I do have this observation about web ministries that make a ministry out of running other preachers down, so to speak. I think it's a sign of being uncertain of ones own calling and unsettled in ones own ministry. When one cannot discern God's voice he seeks to be a voice, When a man cannot discern or judge God's will for his own life he will play judge in the live's of others. This Way he gets attention for a ministry he has little confidence in and secretly question's as to whether it's his own.

I admire you speaking out on this issue, and you are right to pose this question. I'm bothered by folks who cant speak out and up on issues, Many would prefer to remain neutral. All I know is that 'ye who are spiritual should restore,' (Galatians6:1) that means 'get involved,' there are masses of hurt preachers let alone believers out there online that need friends, pastors and helpers who can help them 'live again!'

I appreciate your openness in confronting this issue, and helping us all define our edge in ministry . May the Lord bless you and increase your ministry always.

As a man of the Most High God Whom that is the head of my life. I first would like to say to all "praise God." Many times in the ministry of God we will find others that choose to talk negative about others in the ministry. These things if not careful we can find ourselves falling victim to them. We can lok at Joshua for a moment. God told him in Joshua 1:9 "Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest" Just as God said it for him; God is saying it for you. God comissioned you to do his work. So GO therefore as Matthew 28:18-20 indiates.

There is a difference between scandalizing and warning.

Some of these preachers do not need licenses and those who are their leaders and KNOW they are doing wrong will also be counted as guilty when they KNOW these men (and women) are doing wrong and not doing anything about it.
The most absurd thing in the church today is that we have many in leadership places that have come to the position due to charisma. Other had a hard time rising and in the end after "getting to the top" the forget it was by the grace of God that they are there.

Pride of life makes many like Saul to forget where God got them from. They become untouchables and unapproachable. Their word is inerrant and infallible and thus making themselves demi-gods of sorts. They lack accountability and assume when you are pointing out anything wrong they will take it as a personal attack. This removes all hedges and leaves them prone to attack. Satan loves lone rangers and especially when they are in leadership positions in the Kingdom of God.

Galatians 6:1 Brethren, if a man also may be overtaken in any trespass, ye who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of meekness, considering thyself--lest thou also may be tempted.

Romans 14:1 And him who is weak in the faith receive ye--not to determinations of reasonings;

Romans 15:1 And we ought--we who are strong--to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves; 7 wherefore receive ye one another, according as also the Christ did receive us, to the glory of God.

The best way to help such a leader in spite of our pain and hurt is to pray for their restoration. Where possible walk with them. This I would like to point out that it is not easy. Maybe these shall be in the category that we will have the privilege of snatching from the eternal fire and condemnation.

I have personally been hurt by many and years down the road I am starting to see them come back seeking reconciliation and to walk in humility. Our cries should only go to God who called us- He is faithful in every way. On a personal note here are some things that I do to remain in accountability.
