WHY DO YOU BELIEVE WHAT YOU BELIEVE?
How can we as ministers, Preachers, deacons and what ever other titles that are used in the service of God Know we are Right in what we believe??? Many will say because the Bible says so?
That does not make us any different than the Mormons, Seven Day Adventist, Muslems, or any other religion. They all say the same thing. Because their writtings are the right ones!!!
In TImothy it tells us to all ways be prepared to give an explanation for our Faith. God provided Plenty of proof in History, Archeology, Astrology, and many other sciences.
Blind faith is Good. But what if its in the wrong faith.....OUCH!!!! So when an evolutionist comes to you will you have the answers???? They are there. God told us to test his word. He knew there would be many false teachings. He left more than enough physical proof that one faith is the right one.
But for us to keep saying "our bible tells us so" is no better explanation to some lost soul than any other religion. Yes I beleive the Bible is the real word of God. Science will back it, so will history and many, many historical documents.
So Im creating this blog so that we can share the reasons we know our faith is the right choice. I would Love to hear your side. BUT, yes there is a but. You cant use the Bible as your main source. Only as a refference. Otherwise you create whats called cicular reasoning. Meaning someone saying its true and if you doubt it just ask me and I will tell you again.
