Why don't we see shouting at ALL churches?

In my home town I have gone to lots of churches! Everyone was different. We are all trying to go to the same heaven to be with the same God. The Holy Spirit should be upon every church, persons within the church IF that's true! I hear people shout & speak in tongues in SOME churches but, it seems to be certain types of churches. If these are gifts from God why can't All churches & denominations have these gifts from the God we ALL say we serve? He loves all of His churches & I'm sure He would want all of His children to experience what comes with the ultimate worship!
