Black Preaching Network

Scripture tells us come let us reason together.
Why is it that many on here can not come and reason with a open mind?
How is that many of you know everything and yet know nothing.
Why is it that many of us on here do not want to learn more about the scriptures than what we have been taught by those who do not have true relationship with the Creator?

I know that this is not going to have many responses but I just thought that I would ask.
As we sit here and rehash the same junk over and over again and not come to a clear understanding as to what Scripture says not according to our limited understanding but according to what YHWH intended. Just thought that I would ask.

When things do not go the way we want them then we run or we delete the post. Wow It is really time to grow up and yall call yourselfs preachers. Shame on you.

Trevor,

What happened to the "whats God's name" discussion?

I think that the Pastor deleted it! I was looking for it today. Odds are, YahsNiviim is refereing to him in this post. Like I said, I don't agree with everyone on here, but I SURELY won't "take my ball and go home"! Its outright childish.

Trevor,

Respect indeed!

It is when someone can not explain whatg they believe and teach from scripture. Almost everyone in here are suppose to be ministers and pastors and if this is the sad showing that we have then we are truly in trouble.

Todah
T hear me in what I am about to say. Brother I have been in church almost all of my life. I have been down some bad roads. I have been church hurt. One thing for certain tow things for sure. I do not have time to play with my relationship with YHWH.
WE have been lied too about so many things this is one thing that I must get right. It is about my soul and yours and those in whom we minister too. We are held accountable for what we teach and preach. So come let us reason together. Not because of what we know but that we may get it right and be pleasing unto YHWH. HalleluYah

The challenge here to see all these different people with different personalities and vantage points come together in one accord. Without accepting challenges like these, how will you learn? In your Seminary? In your Yeshiva? In your home, Church, or Synagogue? Everyone agrees with you there so there's little room to grow!

Trevor,

Well, the growth does not depend on the person, but rather on the Torah & Prophets & Yeshua. What I mean is this: Back in the book of acts, the Church was on one accord in ALL THINGS. So, their growth depended on their study of the Torah & The Prophets, and their knowledge of Yeshua. Learning the Torah & Prophets is a life-long thing. David wanted HaShem to show him the wonderous things in the Torah. So, it depends on our study of it.

Bingo if we are still in the same place we were in ten years ago then something is definitely wrong. I taught on that last night at scripture study. Yisrael 40 years in the wilderness and YHWH lead them and showed them and showered them. They had to learn before they could go in and possess the promise.

It does depend upon the person as well as the Holy Scriptures. In the Book of Acts, they were not all always in one accord. You will note that Barnabas & Paul had a dispute with the believing Pharisees in Acts 15. You will note that Paul and Barnabas themselves had a bitter dispute that ended up in a split up and not a compromise. Everything isn't just as clear and black& white like we often think it is. This is also learning before entering into the promise, because its not all that you read, but also what you experience.
