Today is a day of letting go. Letting go of your past mistakes, relationships, letting go of people from your past, and present. Today is a day of releasing, setting the people and the things we have held captive free. Releasing them to the Lord, and allowing Him to set them free as well. Today is a day of binding the negative and breaking it's strongholds and a day to release the positive. Today, I choose to let go forgetting those things which are behind, pressing on towards that which is new, vibrant, and full of life. So when you find yourself holding on to people and things, let's try remember that letting go is the best thing we can do for or give them. If they are yours they will come back to you So today is a day of letting go, and a day of forgetting. Be blessed. For the joy of the Lord is your strength. Let go and let God. Don't try to fix whats not fixed. In other words "if it ain't fixed don't break it."

Dear Friends of KWF International Prayer Ministries

Just stopped by to let you know that KWF International Prayer Ministries has launched a new ministry, which will be up and running soon.

If anyone would like to send me a letter or email of testimony I could use, with or without your name I appreciate it.

PhenomenalME was birthed out of our 1st Phenomenal Women’s Conference in July, 2009. The conference provided an abundance of rain, which produced an atmosphere for healing, deliverance, restoration, and more.

To be Pheno”ME”nal we have to come to really know ourselves, God 1st and foremost. This ministry is to help us and other women come to really know their value.

Our objective “You are One amazing Woman” –You are far more than the value of rubies!

Mission: To empower, educate, equip, and restore women, young or old that they might fulfill their purpose and God ordained destiny

Goal: To provide conducive workshops, lectures, educational seminars and more in order to equip and empower women of all ages and walks of life.

We are also asking anyone who has experience or would like to be a part of this great ministry in providing guidance for other women in the areas of finance, relationships, time management, family and a various other topics to join our team. We would love to have your input and you as a part of this great ministry. You do not have to be of a certain denomination or ministry, nor do you have to live in the city of Houston or the state of Texas. Women need each other all over the world. All you need is a desire to help another sister succeed in life.

Please contact me via email with your testimonies or a desire to help. I look forward to hearing from you.

Good morning Everyone,

This is a good day. And it is a good day to rejoice in the Lord for the life He has given you, even with all of it's ups and downs. It is overall a good day.
Peace and blessings to each and everyone of you on today. God is an AWESOME God, and He REIGNS!
Most of the time we are so busy with our own lives and ministries that we forget to encourage ourselves and others. But today I just want to encourage each of you. God is faithful to His promises, and the thing He has spoken on today is Trust Me!, Believe Me!, it might not look like much right now but just be persistent and don't give up. Don't turn back. The supernatural manifestation is just lurking around the corner, and just as soon as you give up it will pass you by because you are no longer waiting with the expectancy of God. So, today, I encourage you no matter what things may look like right now don't give up, don't turn back. Just believe and trust that whatever the Spirit of the Lord has spoken to you about your situations hold on to them. Write them in a journal with the dates when He speaks to you and watch God move. DON"T YOU GIVE UP!!! This is your day to receive your miracle. So with great expectancy everyday look for it, wait on it. It will happen in it's due season.
Look to the hills from whence cometh your help, your help cometh from above, the Creator of heaven and earth. Look to Jesus with great expectancy!!!

The widow’s project is one of the various mini-business projects created by AFH to provide skills training for the widows, reducing their emotional dependence on charity as well as providing an essential income for the home. We trust that projects like bridal wear, tailoring, arts and crafts, catering, bakery, poultry, gardening, growing mushrooms etc will enable widows to learn basic income generating skills from which they will be able to earn a living. While they will be learning new skills, AOHAW will also encouraged them to introduce their own skills (if any) to make the project more interesting and active.

Helping widows

Most people who try to help others tend to think or profess that “they know how they feel”, but this is not true because all of us are unique beings and we all react to issues differently. It is wrong for anyone to assume that they understand how others feel unless they have been in a similar situation or it is revealed to them by the Holy Spirit. Having gone through the same situation at some point in your life still does not guarantee you knowledge of how someone else might be feeling about their situation, all we do is try to imagine how other people might be feeling. The good news is that no matter how big the problem, God is bigger than all situations that happen to us. That’s why the bible tells us to pray in all situations and to believe that God is faithful to give us breakthroughs Philippians 4:6-7. We purpose to journey with the widows on a step by step basis until they come to a place where they too can identify their needs be able to make right choices and apply them into their individual circumstances.

Picture of what life means to widows

The HIV/AIDS epidemic has left many women widowed and infected by the disease and yet majority of the women in Uganda are house wives. This means that when a woman loses her husband, her whole world crashes down. She does not only grieve for the loss of her husband but she is also frightened of the huge burden she has to take on her own, the expenses involved especially as she has no income at all. Without our help, widows face daily challenges of having no food, clothing, education and general care for themselves and their children and often widows die very young of trauma and treatable diseases due to poverty.
