Greetings in the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ:

As moderator of "Answers -N- Focus" the mission of this unique one-of-a kind ministry is in preparing God's people to give a "sound" presentation of an apologetic message in defending the truth claim of the message of Gospel of Christ (1 Pet. 3:15). We live in a postmodern era where there is such relativism when it comes to the absolute truth of the Bible. The issue of relativism and pragmatism have in fact rob the Church of its true knowledge of Christ as to the the fount of the wisdom and knowledge of God (Col. 1:9, 10) in place of what is mystical, esoteric, and intuitive (Col. 2:18, 19). In so many words the authority of the Bible that attest to Christ's Person and work is clearly denied by professing believers who claim that Jesus is not the Christ (1 Jn. 2:22-23). Also the nature of the Bible as to be "inspired" by God * (2 Tim. 3:15, 16) is replaced with what is Revelation knowledge: that truth comes "within" a person's [human] spirit, thus denying the "special" revelation of the Bible which is exclusively revealed in God's written revelation of His Word.

There is a vast array human traditions, doctrines, and doctrinal errors that have gone unchallenged by the Church today especially within the context of the African American church and its own community. It is my prayer that those who consider joining this discussion group with have a teachable spirit and receptive heart so as understand the true intent and content of this ministry.

Answers -N- Focus discussion group is a evangelical, Reformed ministry that believe in the doctrines of grace and Reformed theology. We are a apologetics ministry that address many of the issues pertaining to the whole of the Christian faith, answering people's Bible questions, defending the truth of biblical Christianity and the historic Christian church (Phil. 1:27 with Jude 3, 4).
