Women Head of Ministries

We all know what the Scripture says about Women in Ministry, and in some cultures, like in Italy it's not seen with a good eye. Then there are those who would accept a woman minister if she is under the authority of a man (Head Pastor). We also see that even in the USA there are many different views between churches and denominations. Would you clarify this and quote a couple of Scriptures which will confirm it? ...I need to say that I don't have a problem with it if the woman is in submission to her husband (if she is married) or to her parents (if she is not yet married). ...God bless you. ..........
