Good Day Singles in Christ! Please forgive me for not posting in a while. I am going to make it a goal to do so each week. I am still a soldier in this journey. Praise God! And since my last post God has given me some awesome "material".

Waiting for our God-tailored spouse is very painful at times. Who doesn't want to be in a fulfilling relationship with a mate who is on a mission for Christ like we are?

There is no such thing as having your cake and eating it too with this walk. What has light to do with darkness? 2 Cor. 6:14.

Be strong and of good courage. God has not forsaken us. And when we are ready, and only when He deems us so, then will that divine meeting occur.

So we may need to ask Him if there is any lesson we keep failing. Is there anything we are doing to cause this delay.

Or is it simply not Gods' timing. We have some indications. Such as, our lives are somewhat chaotic, we are in major transitions like recovering from addictions, or just came out of a worldly relationship or still in one. In the middle of a divorce. Separated. etc.

No matter how deserving we may think we are. Or thinking that the person will love us so much that they will be happy to work through our issues with us. Wrong. Maybe some situations. But not issues.

There is a saying "God ain't gone bless no mess". So lets do a report card on ourselves single saints. We don't have to be perfect. But we do need to be "healthy". Spiritually, Physically, Mentally. And somewhat financially. What I mean is know your debts, be working on getting healthy, have a plan. Be proactive.

Let's be what we are asking for. Not asking? Well that is part of the problem. James 4:2 "We have not because we ask not".

Get to asking Saints! God is waiting for that request. But remember what you ask may lead to lessons so that you can give the same!

Blessings, Sister NaSheila!

Hey Sister Ophelia! So true. Our tailor made spouse is already alive. We need to pray for him or her. We will NEVER get them until we come out of the worlds system and into God's. God ain't goin bless no mess! When we don't do it His way, we are just like a hamster on a wheel, only we are playing with our soul. I have some great new discussions coming soon. Been busy everybody, Praise God and blessings!!!!!!!!!

Our bodies are our temples. In ancient times, people guarded the temples with their lives. No one entered without a stern yes from authority. Our bodies should be the same. No one should enter until the appointed time by our authorityfigure- GOD! This will be the time HE send us our mate and we are joined in HOLY matrimony. When we wait upon the Lord, HE give us the best of all things (this includes our desired mate).

Let's continue to lift each other in prayer as we walk this journey of being celibate.
