We know that since the "sons of Eli", God's chosen vessels have become subject to their flesh and fallen into sin. We are all quite grateful that God made provision for our UNWILLFUL sins by establishing "grace and mercy". We understand that there's , therefore, now no condemnation to them that are in Christ, WHO WALK NOT AFTER THE FLESH, BUT AFTER THE SPIRIT, and given the "right/wrong" circumstances, any of us could ,potentially, find ourselves on the wrong side of grace.
The question is "What is the consensus regarding the aftermath of having a leader (Senior, in particular) fall into sin? Should they graciously "sit down",until they undergo restoration and counseing, go on sabbatical, or not be interrupted in their duties at all?
