Comment by Archbishop Trevor 'Elihu' Greene on December 14, 2010 at 8:58am: Apostolic Intercession has multiple meanings. Intercession simply means prayers and requests known to God on behalf of another. Apostolic Intercession is something specific. It can mean:

-intercession on behalf of Governmental officials, be it world leaders or Church leaders

-intercession made by Apostles or Bishops, the Ambassadors of the Church

-intercession concerning the government of the Church
