I am Ninette Scottf From the united stastes. I am a lady 54 years old from Lafayette, Indiana I have 50 years type 1 diabetic and take 2 shots a day plus i have hd what they call charcot joint of left leg and were a boot and im asking god to heal me. Praise god! Ninette Scott

God is revolutionizing his church. We must turn away from old ways, manners, customs, and extra-biblical traditions. Notice, I did not say traditions, period. A lot of people proclaim that we need to get away from tradition and they do not explain. If you make that statement alone and by itself, you are promoting false doctrine. Jesus tells us in Mark chapter 7 that we can make the word of no effect through our traditions, but Paul, through the same spirit, exhorts the people, and we apply that even to us, to stand fast and hold on to the traditions you have been taught whether by word or epistle. Ah Ha!
This tells us that there exists some traditions which need to be kept, because they were given to the church to help, promote, mature, maintain, and grow it. I will now talk about the ministry of the prophet and apostle, because this is one of tasks that we are given - to help bring proper revelation concerning the traditions which are to be kept, and the ones that are not. If there is no distinct separation and understanding of "needful" traditions versus "useless" ones, then you will have congregations caught up in the "traditions of men" rather than the traditions of God that pertain unto life and godliness through Christ Jesus.
Let's now get some bible involved. If we read Ephesians, and listen carefully to what I am about to say. If we read Paul's Epistle to the Ephesians around chapter 3: 3-6, it reads:

[How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, 4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) 5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; 6 That the Gentiles should be fellow-heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
Eph 3:3-6 (KJV)]

If we read closely, we will find the "real purpose" for the ascension gifts of the Apostle and prophets: To, by revelation, make know the mysteries of God, which in other ages were not known to men, by the Spirit. Here we see that there are mysteries that will not be revealed, unless they are revealed by the Apostle and the prophet. We have heard it said before that the Apostle speaks as God, and the Prophet speaks for God. Hogwash. The Apostle and the prophet both speak as God, for when God speaks, who else's behalf is he speaking on other than his own?
The delineation of the operation and administration of the gifts of the Apostle and Prophet, then come with, here it goes: MISSION! It is the mission of the Prophet that determines his level of authority. The Apostle always has that "speaking as God authority", but the prophet has this in mission and in prophecy. Other than that, the prophet is to submit to the minsitry gifts in the house work together with the apostle to lay afoundation for the church. Having said that, well what qualifies an Apostle?
You are not an apostle because another apostle ordained you and called you one, no more than a car wouldn't be a car because somebody called it a cat. The car would still be a car, and it would still "NOT" be a cat - no matter what you called it. The same goes here. You are not an apostle because another apostle ordained you as one, and certainly not because a bishop consecrated you as one. Apostles are not bishops and bishops are not apostles. So what then qualifies the apostle?
When Paul qualified or spoke concerning his apostleship, he spoke of his being beaten, and talked about, and his journeying and preaching, and the signs that followed his ministry and how he was persecuted for the name of Jesus. In I corinthians Chapter 11, Paul speaks about the persecutions and the events that qualifies apostles. Today many are confused. We claim a title and walk in no power. Apostles have signs, wonders, and miracles following them - not churches. Apostles are called to establish churches in areas where the gospel has not ever been introduced, and then release the ascension gifts in the area to be able administrate the church while they leave. They introduce the gospel, signs and wonders follow confirming, and then they set leaders in place and help by way of encyclical letters, visitations, or the like. Then they move on. Most of the people we call Apostles today are nothing more than Bishops. A bishop is a good work, but a bishop is not an apostle, nor should a bishop ordain an apostel - it is out of order.
First are Apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers according to 1 Corin 12:28 that is. Bishops are an adminsitrative position set in the church by apostolic adminsitration to oversee the church as it grew. In ministerial training, we call this the Jethro Principal - when Moses' father-in-law advised him to get men who could oversee other men because he (being Moses) couldn't possibly oversee that many people effectively.
I didn't mean to go this long, but God is again bringing new definition to the Apostle and the Prophet in these last times even has Bishop Bill Hamon, and Peter C. Wagner had in the times past, but this time, the Lord is going to allow the books to be written and the revelation that will govern this paradigm shift in the kingdom, to come by "pure revelation" and not filtered through the educational system of the world as it has been superimposed on top of the thinking of many who write books. God is going to allow it truly to be POWER packed, CORRECTING, AUTHORITATIVE, UNIVERSAL, POLITICAL, SOCIAL,ECONOMICAL, RACIAL, UNADULTERATED TRUTH that when heard and implemented, will shake nations, churches, governments, and all sorts of integrated systems int his world that have benn so intricately weaved into the fabric of our daily lives so as to blanket, or cover the glory of the Lord. No more says the spirit of God. I am about to....
