Although we try to get a word daily sometimes we run out of time to search the scriptures and sometimes we want to hear a word from a preacher and we can't.You can now go to www.preachingallday.com and hear messages of inspiration from men of God.We want to enrich your spiritual experience daily through preachingallday.com. We have now added htpp://preachingallday.ning.com to help get the word of God out, come by and be apart of the Preachingallday family.

MIRACLE REVIVAL in the the city of CHICAGO

Blessings to ALL,

Mark your calendars for March 30th thru April 2nd 2010 in the city of CHICAGO AFC World Outreach Center 7859 South Ashland Ave. (Deuteronomy Hall) 7pm nightly. Join me in this MIRACLE Revival. Pastor's bring your Outreach Team and Evangelists let's get ready to be REVIVED AGAIN.

I am a firm believer that REVIVAL is for the Church and the Church is for the Lost & the Hurt. It is my prayer to see the church glowing with the Holy Ghost and then to see the Church go to WORK and take hold of our cities, take our communities back, take our family back, get a hold of our neighborhoods, reach the lost and the dying, witness to the hurt and afflicted.

REVIVAL success is NOT to be measured only in how many souls are saved during the meetings but rather to be seen in the life of the Church. Revival is for the CHURCH God is getting ready to renew, replenish, restore, rejuvenate, reactivate His people so that we can lay hands on the sick and they recover, heal the broken heart, open blinded eyes, unstop deaf ears and bring about great deliverance. I love the work as God's REVIVALIST and look forward to coming to a city near you.

God bless you
The Revivalist

Tonights question...What should be the role of the modern day Black Church? Also, should we identify Churches by racial groupings? Listen to our show Issues After Dark with Dion & Antoine M-F 9:30 PM- 11:30 PM on www.issuesafterdark.org or www.kfax.com or hit my facebook www.facebook.com/antoinelmiller & add me as a friend there

If your church has a mortgage the interest rate is 8% or higher you are paying too much. If you think that a rate reduction of 1 or 2 points is not worth it, consider your mortgage payment going down $500 a month or more depending on the amount you owe. Let me help you reduce your rates by refinancing your church loan without personal guarantees.

Also you may be having trouble making your mortgage payment on time. You may qualify for a Commercial Loan Modification where we can work with your bank and restructure your loan to an amount that is manageable for your congregation during these tough economic times.

"It’s Crunch Time!”, This is a new children’s book by Marie Brewer. Find it on www.borders.com (www.helenbrewer.com for excerpts and a link to book) This is my book of muscle for boys (ages 9-12) to point them in the direction of HOPE!...This is an interactive book where they can write about their feelings. It discusses acceptable behavior, honesty, good self-image, respect for females and animals, appreciation for teachers/school, choosing good friends. The book also talks about resisting gangs, guns, drugs, violence, alcohol and bad influences. Let's attack the behavior, not the boy. "It's Crunch Time!" , $10.95 , by Marie Brewer, www.borders.com or www.bbotw.com Be a part of the village to help our boys envision their true God-given purpose!
We can turn this thing around! SEE! THINK ! ACT!
IF NOT YOU , THEN WHO ?!
Heaven gives us hope! Marie Brewer

What do small churches looking to borrow $100,000 and gigantic churches borrowing $24,500,000 have in common? They all deal with us. We are church financing experts with a clear purpose: "Exceed every Clients expectation." Simple and clear; just the way we work. We want you to be so pleased that you will feel compelled to tell other churches.

Our Church Loan Process:

First, we design a loan that works for your church based on your needs, objectives, and budget. In some parts of the country that could mean a loan with a 30 year amortization or a completely fixed rate term loan with no balloon. We will work with you to design a program that meets your needs whenever possible.

Second, our customer service and commitment to prompt responses, accessibility and service are unmatched in the financial services world. You can expect to receive a loan answer in as little as 24 hours. We have loan analysts available to speak with your church Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 8pm EST and Saturday 10am to 2pm EST.

Third, we use a team approach. Your team will likely have 4 members:
- Me - Your Loan Officer - I pre-qualify you and help you complete the application to begin the process
- Loan Analyst - Determines how much the church can afford to borrow, and performs the formal write up that is submitted to get an approval.
- Loan Processor - Gathers the documents needed for submission. Sets closings dates and handles the loan closing.
- You - You are a big part of our team. We will keep you informed during the process and provide clear communication.

Again If you need a Loan to purchase, renovate, refinance or provide working capital for your church contact me at 708-299-3244 or email me at churchloans@live.com
