Brethren, I was in Baton Rouge Louisiana for the 136 annual session of the Louisiana Missionary Baptist State Convention, Rev. Harry Blake , President
Rev CS Gordon, General Secretary. The Presidential Hour was awesome the spirit was very high and the choir of Mt Canaan BaptistChrucr of Shreveport LA
was just so spirited and anointed, rendering the old spiritual song, Will the Lord Remember Me, it was sang with fervent and reverence. Then the President came to preach and minister on the theme; The Heavenly; The mission of the Church,Dr Blake capture the congregation attention with these questions, What is the Church , The purpose of the Church, The Mission of the Church . Closing he declared that the church must abandon the seat ministry and embrace the street ministry, In closing he said How will we be able to carry out the mission of the church?
Its not by ppower,nor by might but by the spirit says the Lord of Host., We must preach the gosepl for the gospel is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth. He admonished that we have no ability to change men, but the gosepl of Christ Jesus can. The church receives it power from God through the Holy Spirit. He told the gathering over 1200 to never forsake the responsibility to promote and perform the mission of the church. Though we may become tired on our way, let us never become tired of the Way.

If the deacon & another member (who also holds an office), are blatantly parading their adulterous affair within the church and the church pastor and other members are condoning and accepting this behavior, what action do you think and/or believe should be done with the deacon, member and even the pastor, as well as, other church members, are all aware of such activity?
