To ascend in your Kingdom Assignment requires demonstrating administrative order. Incorporating in your State of residence and even submitting the 501c3 application to be determined tax exempt by the IRS will support, extend, expand, and enlarge your field for a greater harvest and service delivery.

Administrative positioning and managing organizational effectiveness is key to continued success in ministry. Many times this area of ministry is not priority but Jesus' ministry was administratively sound and excellent. His organizational chart and staff profile was in excellent operation. He was always open to resources that would support and extend His service to the people. Did He not feed over 5000 with 2 fish and 5 loaves of bread? Jesus was very effective meeting the need of the people and embracing the challenges that is so evident even in ministry today.

Resources are critical for effective ministry delivery. God has given vision to His leaders to implement programs and services to transform the lives of His people. Our vision is greater than our monthly contributions.

So what is a program. A program is a collection of resources in an organization and is geared to accomplish a certain goal or set of goals. Programs are one major aspect of the non-profit's structure. You are a non-profit. The typical non-profit organizational structure is built around programs, that is, the non-profit provides certain major services, each of which is usually formalized into a program.

Two other major aspects of the non-profit structure are its governance (the board and, for some, the chief executive, too) and its central administration. The board oversees the entire non-profit organization. The central administration exists to use the non-profits common resources to ensure each program is developed and operated effectively. WE NEED RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THE SERVICE DELIVERY.

There is so much to ministry that must be embraced, implemented, and demonstrated. What is your plan of action administratively for the next week, month, year. The time is NOW. Let's do it. I am available to consult and assist.

This is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO true. The difference between us pastor's who only have a few people and those who have thousands is "Administration". I don't care what the message is if you do not have effective infrastructures, order and administration, you can not be as affective as one could be. Ministry was never meant to be done by one person, but rather many gifts coming together with their gifts & resources to achieve one major goal. Keep in mind the tower of Babel. In our structure we have the over all goal ( mission ) of equipping, training, developing and releasing. So each department have set a goal and objectives to help us do this affectively. I would encourage All pastor's to develop your leaders let them, with your guidance, develop the goal of their departments, train, develop, equip and release them, and watch how they soar in that same mindset. Your church can't do anything but multiply because Ephesians 4 is at work. Read some books about team work, leadership development, get a coach, develop yourself as a leader (attend leadership development trainings) and in a nut shell, please remain teachable, prayerful and flexible.
