ATTENTION PASTORS: Pastors Only Assembly 2011

Pastors,

As we all continue to seek that which is on the mind and in the heart of God in this season, I am more than confident that God is concerned about His shepherds (pastors) in this hour. There is indeed a harvest of souls entering the Kingdom of God in this season and HIS shepherds must be equipped for the task of nurturing and leading the sheep.

As a portion of my assignment concerning this specific area of the body of Christ, I am being led by God to organize an "in person" assembly for pastors to meet for a time of discussions, forums and impartation to further equip the pastors for the increase to come and to complete THEIR assignments in this season.

During this assembly, it will actually be more of a "working" meeting where subjects such as church structure, integrity in leadership, the relationship of the pastor, apostle and prophet and much more are being discussed! As pastors, God will require much more commitment and dedication in this season. It will be the pastor's responsibility to ensure that they are doing everything necessary to ensure that they are indeed ready and available to serve God's people.

This correspondence is to simply to inquire of those who may possibly be interested in attending a meeting of this nature to be held later this year in a designated city and state. My prayer is that we could have at least 20 pastors or more willing to come or have their churches send them for this assembly. Realistically, this year, it is going to take some of you venturing outside of your comfort zone to obtain what you need to assist in further growth of your church and/or ministry, personal growth and growth in those whom you lead. In other words, sometimes you will need to make the sacrifice and TRAVEL to obtain what you need!

I will also be seeking the assistance of pastors (male and female) who are willing to sow some of their time to serve as forum panelists, interactive seminar facilitators or assembly messengers because this assembly IS NOT about male or female! This is about the Kingdom of God! However, please be clear in understanding that this assembly is not about me, my ministry or recruiting pastors or churches "to cover." This is solely about equipping the pastor in this season and ensuring that they have a clear understanding concerning the structure of God's church as well as other teaching and impartations beneficial to the pastor. This is truly about strengthening the pastor in this season to be able to handle the increase that is soon to come in the church.

This assembly will be for pastors, assistant pastors, pastor elects, emerging pastors and those who know that God has called them to the pastorate but they may not be functioning in the capacity of pastoring a congregation presently but will be in the future.

We will request a small registration seed from each person who will be attending to assist in offsetting the cost of the meeting (facility usage). This should not be deemed as an "unsual" request because as pastors, you all should FULLY understand the need for finances in the Kingdom of God and completing Kingdom assignments. I am attempting to secure a date and venue for a little later this year for this assembly to ensure that those pastors whom desire to attend have plenty of time to secure the provisions that they need to come. This would be a 2 day meeting on a Friday & Saturday.

For those who are shepherding flocks, it is time to prepare for the harvest of souls that are entering the Kingdom of God and HIS CHURCH in this season. Those entering will need love, DELIVERANCE, nurturing and DISCIPLESHIP as they grow in God. However, it will not come by way of implementation of the same old religious patterns and religious systems.

NOW is the time to restructure the churches THAT BELONG TO GOD according to the pattern of the foundational structure located in HIS WORD. In other words, it is time for pastors to cease being held hostage by a deacon board! It is time for ...pastors to begin developing relationships with legitimate apostles and prophets so that the foundation of the structure of churches are properly layed as well as the saints being edified, perfected and equipped for the work of the ministry.

It is time for US ALL to allow self examination to take place to ensure that EVERYTHING that we say and do is acceptable in the sight of God! For those who are yet content in erecting their own altars and following their on patterns, you WILL NOT see any VIABLE fruit in OR for the Kingdom of God in this season.

As leaders of local flocks across this nation, we MUST make the decision to do it GOD'S WAY or no way at all. We are in the realm of NO COMPROMISE and NON-NEGOTIABLE when it pertains to the things of God!

Shepherds, lead the flocks assigned to you NOT lording over them. Be very careful not to scatter the sheep. This is the time to be found blameless before the Lord as a church without spot OR wrinkle! Our desire should be for God to be glorified even as we lead HIS people.
