Do you think that we, as the body of Christ, are meeting the mark?

I don't think we are. Too many pastors are concerned about getting titles more than saving souls. I know many pastors that have congregations of less than 25 adult members but yet the PAW bestows the titles such as District Elder, Suffragan Bishop, etc... Most are too busy attending everyone else's services, installations, etc, planning revivals but there's no community service, outreach or even witnessing groups... There's no studying whatsover (their third grade level bible classes for adults and Sunday sermons prove this point) and to make it worse, they ask their members for exorbitant amounts of money for the infamous "Building Fund" when they have the nerve to TO BE JOBLESS!!!! Alert: No male pastor with fewer than 100 members and/or under retirement age should have the audacity to call themselves a real man when they don't have jobs. Especially when their wives get up every morning and go to work. Abhorable. Where are the real pentecostal preachers who once preached Jesus only, holy living and Hell is real??? Prosperity during this life is an added bonus but you have to LABOR to get there. Pastors/Preachers/Leaders must define the true definiton of each word in their respective titles.
we the people of God, are in the world to change the world or its culture. However, we have become a part of its culture. The purpose of the church is to transform the mind, spirit, and soul. When Joshua and the children of Israel took residence in Canaan, God told them to destroy everything, men, women, and children. In essence he was telling them to destroy the culture of the canannites. If not they would conform and become a part of its culture. The church no longer participates in the demolition of the culture because the church is being lead to believe, we must maintain the culture in order to maintain the youth and new believers in the church. Back in the day, as they say, people of God would call themselves, "called out believers." But today, what are we called out from, that we are not bringing or allowing new believers to bring with them into the body of Christ? The people of God have done more than miss the mark, we have failed God. What are we leaving for the future church.
