This is what the Apostle Paul was referring to in his letters (Romans 8:28 1 Corinthians 3:9) to illustrate a vibrant formation of human and Divine cooperation. "I have planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase." Human will in cooperation with Divine purpose produces the work of renewal.
