The LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.

Lord, I thank and praise You for the rich promises You make in Psalm 121 where You declare again and again through the psalmist Your promise to watch over us. What a joy and privilege it is, Heavenly Father, to realize You are concerned for us and guard us so precisely and attentively. Thank you, God, for Your never-ending love for Your children!
Comforted by Your watchful eye, we also intercede for President and Mrs. Obama’s daughters, Malia and Sasha, asking You to see them and cradle them in Your sure and full protection. As they come and go from school, depart from and arrive again at their rooms in the White House wherever they are, Lord be with these children and keep them safe. May You be glorified as You honor our prayers, Lord, and we give You praise, amen.
