Be not afraid

Many times we want to appear so very strong and together and we don't want others to know that sometimes we get weak but we are human and sometimes fear, doubt and weaknesses will come. We only need to know how to counteract these emotions Because negative emotion will hinder and stunt our growth. We can not allow these things to stop us from speaking what thus saith the Lord. Jesus said in Acts 18:9-10 "...Don't be afraid  keep on speaking, do not be silent. For I am with you and no one is going to attack and harm you....."

There has been times in my ministry that I was afraid of what people would think or say about what I said and because of that fear I was intimidated and fearful, this of course caused me to stop speaking what thus saith the Lord but according to these scriptures Jesus is with us and he will not let anyone to harm us if we are in his will and speaking what thus saith the Lord.

What would you say to someone in this situation, how would you help them to overcome the spirit of fear?

Fear is a spirit from hell that comes to stop the move of God. Fear is the only thing that stops Gods flow of deliverance to any person of whom you may have a word for. The opposite of fear is FAITH. If you are in fear of saying what God gives you to say then what you are saying in essence is that "something" is more powerful than God- if you look at it that way and pray for your self by binding the spirit of fear, studying the lives of the prophets in the OT you will see that they too were fearful but they also trusted God and had righteous fear of Him more than their mission. Yes God will protect us when we move by His command. Be encouraged and know that God will put the right guides in your life to help you to hone your prophetic calling. On this website is one such person, School of he Prophets, (Adrienne Williams) and also pull up Jonas Clark who also teached those who are called to the Prophetic. John Eckhard is another great instructor- Please do not be afraid because God is clear in HIs word that he will never leave us nor forsake us, He will be with us til the end of time.

Thank you Pastor Charleston for your reply, I am very sure that this will help any person who has been tricked by the enemy. To piggy back off of that God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind.
