Ricardo Deontra' Weaver was born October 19, 1985 in Kansas City, Missouri to the proud parents Bishop Raymond R. Weaver and Charlene G. Wilcher. After relocation to the state of Florida, his journey of evolution in ministry began. At the tender age of 4 years old Lil' Rickey, as he was affectionately known, was given opportunity to exercise his pediatric anointing and show forth the gifts God endowed him with. He ministered through song and became an instrument of inspiration. At the age of 8; he accepted his call into the ministry.

On July 10, 2004, Apostle Weaver was united in holy matrimony with the beautiful Lady Krystal E. Weaver. Their unity has produced three bundles of blessings; Miss Ricaria Deonce', Mr. Ricardo, Jr. and Miss Ric'Kyia Deonni. Now in pursuit of his highest call, at the age of 19 Pastor Weaver was installed Senior Pastor of Bethlehem Outreach Ministries in Port Salerno, Florida. Bethlehem is a progressive, non-denominational, multi-faceted assembly of believers. He is the founder of R. D. Weaver Ministries Inc., CEO of Bethlehem Outreach Ministries Family Worship Center, an administrator and entrepreneur (Kingdom Kiddie Academy Child Development Center-Kingdom Life School of Ministry-Kingdom Connection Christian Bookstore-Kingdom Corner Restaurant-Kingdom Academy Cultural Arts Center). He is also the author of books, Principles from the Parables: Insight into the Kingdom and God Wants You Back: Restoration for the Backslider. Pastor Weaver is under the Spiritual Covering of Bishop Neil C. Ellis of Nassau, Bahamas and a faithful son in the House of Elijah. A man after God's own Heart...young, but full of Wisdom...a prophet to this generation...a great Visionary...Apostle Weaver's next move is to the Nations. He operates under a psalmist, prophetic, evangelistic and teaching anointing, causing him to be a much sought out revivalist, conference speaker, lecturer and workshop facilitator. His life and ministry bear witness to the mercy, grace, love, and most of all, power of God!
