- Pastor Evangelist C.M. Carleigh Sandling, CEO, is a licensed, ordained minister in Phoenix, AZ. Originally from Pittsburgh (Monroeville), PA., Evangelist Carleigh developed a passion for helping hurting people to heal. This ministry is about educating, encouraging, advocating for, and promoting women. Evangelist Carleigh has had first hand experience being sexually, physically, emotionally, and mentally abused. Moreover, she emphatically accepts as true, the vision that God has given her. What was meant for evil, God has turned around for good, is one of her favorite Biblical quotations. She affirms: I am not a victim, I am victorious. Furthermore, I am not overpowered, I am empowered. After acquiring her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Pre-Law/Women Studies from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Art in Interdisciplinary Studies/Christian Leadership/Divinity from Grand Canyon University, she went back to acquire classes in Juvenile Justice. Carleigh recently has completed her MA Theological Studies and MDiv in Pastoral Counseling. She holds a Master's Certificate in Substance Abuse Counseling (2009) is completing her MRE
(Dec 2009).
Next year, Evangelist Carleigh will commence her Doctoral program in Clinical Psychology. Pastor/Evangelist Carleigh has co-pastored at Fellowship Baptist Church in Glendale, AZ ,served as the Director of Grace Temple Apostolic Church Prison Ministries, served as an active Evangelist under the tutelage of her spiritual mentor and former pastor: Mary Mackey-Brown. She currently is an active Evangelist on staff at Full Gospel Deliverance Tabernacle, under the pastoral shepherding of Claude L Ranger and has been appointed as an International Diocesan Evangelist at DCII under the auspices of ArchBishop R Lee (Las Vegas, Nevada). The recipient of a long list of awards, accomplishments, and certificates, she has been published in Madison's Who's Who and The Biltmore's Who's Who publications. Her first book, Walking Through the Psalms of Life, was published and released April 15, 2008.

Ministries serves as a connection for membership organization, an alliance builder and a counselor/consultant for agencies and programs nationwide that provide domestic violence services. C.A.R.E.S Ministries exemplifies these grassroots organizations with an integrated and strident voice.
Eliminate Domestic Violence: C.A.R.E.S Ministries is committed to the eradication of domestic violence in urban and rural areas, across all racial, religious and economic groups. C.A.R.E.S Ministries discerns and then facilitates to eliminate those communal milieus that perpetuate or pardon domestic violence. For instance: sexism, ageism, heterosexism, and able-bodyism and uncomplicated gun accessibility.
Empower Battered Women and Children: C.A.R.E.S Ministries covers and empowers assaulted and damaged women and children through perspicacity and advocacy of national public programs and federal legislation such as the Violence Against Women Act.
Public Alerts and Education: C.A.R.E.S Ministries informs communities to the facts of domestic violence and then edifies municipalities on how to distinguish domestic violence and what to do about it; on teen dating violence; on the impact of family violence on children; and on domestic violence against the disabled and the elderly and other less empowered populaces.
Support & Promote Partnerships: C.A.R.E.S Ministries partners with the Arizona Coalitiion Against Domestic Violence (AzCADV), as well as the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, other corporations and foundations to create and endow original and modern programming that will ultimately eliminate domestic violence. Moreover, that will also promote and cultivate the development of safe alternatives within local communities.
