Hello everyone, welcome to Each One Lift One. I am a Principal as well as an innovative Author. I see myself as a reflective decision maker, always concerned with developing myself as a person so that I can learn to use myself more effectively. I continually develop my power of observation and reflection so that I can most effectively respond to the needs of my family, friends, students, school and anyone else that may cross my path. I see life as an authentic, growth-oriented encounter which is developed in relationships. I also believe that self-assessment is a necessary process in the development of one's self. Therefore, I have acquired the habit of assessing my growth in knowledge, skills, and attitude. Developing one's self is a lifelong process, everyone has room for improvement.
