- Prophet/Pastor DeShawne Marie Coles was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and married her high school sweetheart, Deacon Eric Coles, Sr. on August 11, 1991. Together, they have 6 children, 2 girls and 4 boys.
Prophetess Coles favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11, "I'll show up and take care of you as I promised and bring you back home. I know what I am doing. I have it all planned out, plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hoped for." {The Message Bible Version}
Prophet/Pastor DeShawne was ordained to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in 2000. After accepting her call into the Pastoral ministry, God also called her to be an end-time Prophet to the nations. She walks under a heavy prophetic anointing and operates in other 5-fold giftings. She is also the Co-Founder of Destiny Ministries , which was established in June 2007. One of the vision points for Destiny Ministries is, to assist 5-fold Kingdom Leaders across the United States, to train and develop their congregations and leadership staff, concerning order & protocol in their ministries without religious and traditional barriers. "Prophetess D" as some affectionately call her, is also called to establish Women's ministry in end times, which is now. Through this endeavor, she will assist women with social issues and direct them with Godly counsel, to change their lives and assist them in identifying and pursuing their Destiny. She says, "I want social justice for everyone. Especially women and children."
She is also called & anointed to mentor women who have been abused in any way and women that struggle with addiction. Some of her personal goals are, to open and direct several drug & alcohol treatment centers for both women and men with children. She also desires to open a temporary shelter for the homeless population, providing clothing, food and direction in the tri-state area.
In May 2009, Destiny International Ministries hosted it's 1st conference entitled, "Weapons of Mass Destruction!" At the leading of the Lord, this Prophetic gathering will be an annual event. As this Woman of God pursues her destiny, look for email blasts concerning up and coming events.
Prophet Coles would have the body of Christ to know that God is calling you to walk in your DESTINY! There is a place for EVERYONE to minister to God's people, if you believe that God will establish every promise he has ever made to you! Be all that God has ordained for you to be! Thank you for responding back regarding our new writing project! Many things took place in 2011 that caused a delay in the book project, however we are currently accepting submissions for the 2012 project. The title of this project is "Women of Excellence." The manuscript deadline date is February 27, 2012.
Previously we accepted all submissions which we published three "Women Of Great Faith" volumes. However, for the Women of Excellence project, we are only accepting the first 25 submissions.
