I am Dr. Ortharee Spencer TH.D, founder of the New Beginnings Baptist Church in Vacaville, California. The New Beginnings' ministry was founded in October 12, 2006 and went public March 4, 2007 under the direction of the "Almighty God." I am a visualy impaired minister. I have a Bachelor Degree in Biblical Studys, a Masters in Divinity and a Masters and Doctor in Theology.

My favorite hobbies are fishing and cooking. I enjoy listening to gospel music .
