Apostle Kemp is married to the wife of his youth, ministry partner, and best friend, First Lady Evangelist Pamela Kemp.

Apostle Kemp is known around the world for his Apostolic anointing and giftings as a Prophet, Evangelist with an International Healing Ministry, Missions, Evangelistic Church Outreach, and Pastoral Leadership and Mentoring.

In 2007, at the word confirming request of many Pastors and Leaders around the world, and a word the Lord gave to Apostle & Lady Kemp in Aug. 2006 ..."Twelve is My (the Lord) number of Government, I have put you in a place where I have been teaching you what it means to have a foundation of Government and Leadership...it's been a time I (the Lord) have been building on a foundation, but that foundation is coming to completion, within 12 months, within 12 months, you will see the beginning of the launching of that for which your hearts have cried out for....I (the Lord) have been doing a work of preparation in your life....and that work will be built upon My (the Lord) Government and not the government of man" etc..... The Lord directed Apostle Kemp to establish our Born Again Ministries International Fellowship of Churches (BAM-IFoC) for leadership, covering, and mentoring to Churches, Para-Church Ministries, Pastors, Ministers, Evangelist and Missionaries for the perfecting of the saints and the work of the minstry.

A native of Detroit, raised in the PAW Church, was rooted in ministry, ordained, and faithfully served in the COGIC for 15 years (until 2006) as the Bus Ministry President, Deacon Board Member, Assistant Men's Ministry President, Driver for the Presiding Bishop, Sunday School Teacher, YMCC Men's Ministry President, Assistant Pastor, 1st Associate Pastor, Pastor of the Outreach Ministries Department, State Church Marshal, Alaska District & State Home & Foreign Missions President, and as a registered National Evangelist and National Church Marshal, while living in Alaska for over 25 years.

Apostle Kemp has worked for and traveled with the ministry teams of Pastor Benny Hinn, Dr. Marilyn Hickey, Pastor Tim Storey and R.W. Schambach Ministries. Apostle Kemp and BAM International (founded in 1998) recently moved to North Carolina (Lady Pamela's home-state) and is currently in Phase II (property search) of their new "USA" BAMI Headquarters Church building project in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Apostle Kemp has an old school evangelistic and deliverance anointing and is known as the "be yourself" preacher and loves being used by the Lord to touch and change the lives of people for the Kingdom of God, while destroying the works of the devil!

Apostle is a retired police officer (23 yrs), karate instructor (32 yrs), loves traveling, enjoys time with his family, fellowship with the Saints, and Men's Ministry fellowship. Since God has given him a vision for a ministry airplane for the international ministry team, he is currently learning how to fly for the ministry vision to the nations.
