Dr. Oscar A. E. Hayes is a graduate of the A.P. Clay Bible Seminary with a Doctorate in Theology. Pastor Hayes has traveled extensively both nationally and internationally preaching and singing the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is a five-time billboard artist. Stellar and Grammy nominee. Gospel Excellence Award recipient and the list continues. Pastor Hayes has starred in several off-Broadway musicals, multiple guess appearances on the Bobby Jones show and other national TV shows. Pastor Hayes has been featured in some of the top media periodicals; Totally Gospel, Gospel Today, Cash Box and Billboard Magazine.

Pastor Hayes is in demand across the world for his practical, profound way of sharing the Gospel. He was the primary guest for the 2005& 2006 National Progressive Baptist Churches of America, Kresky Eye Institution Summit and the Noah Project. Pastor Hayes is a member of the Council of Baptist Pastor, Detroit & Vicinity. He servers with Mayor Kilpatrick in the Office of Religious Affairs and The Detroit Youth Task Force. In 2007 Pastor Hayes was appointed to the National Board of Directors for the S.C.L.C Civil Rights Organization. And Executive Director for the Northend Ministers Alliance Detroit

Pastor Hayes is the Chief Executive Officer of ACCO non-profit & Loving Everybody Community Development Corporation; adverse in social programming and community development for low-income communities.
