I was born in Jasper Texas to the late Vera Mae Williams CarterRougeau and Theado Carter Sr. I grew up going to church and believed in Jesus. I was saved September 17, 1989 at the age of 27 and was filled with the holy ghost under the leadership of the late Pastor B M Kennebrew at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church. I later joined Inner Court Outreach Ministries under the leadership of Apostle Jerry E Haynes in October of 2005.It has been a blessing serving under different capacities a Sunday school teacher, Assistant Mission teacher, President of Young Womens Mission and choir member. I received my ministry license under Bishop Garfield Landry of Freeway International Ministries July 28, 2002. I was called to pastor March 13, 2011 after being in a car accident. I love the Lord and theres nothing greater in my life than Him and I love soul winning for Christ and reaching out to help others.
