- Bishop Nelson Eujean Roberson, Jr. was born and reared in Cleveland Ohio. He is the oldest of seven siblings. He is a dynamic teacher and preacher. He is a devoted husband and father. Bishop Roberson co-labors with his beautiful wife in ministry and has been married for nine years to Overseer Audra Roberson and they have six children. He is founder and pastor of Sacred Vessels Church of Deliverance, Inc, he is the Founder and International Presiding Prelate of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Christ International a fast growing etwork of churches and ministries with churches in Caifornia, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Illinois, South Carolina, Missouri and Africa. Bishop Roberson is also the founder and President of Crestwood Christian College an independent, interdenominational institution of Biblical higher education whose purpose is to provide both undergraduate and graduate education that prepares Christians to live according to a biblical worldview and to serve as Christians in the church and in the world. In addition to his ministerial duties Bishop Roberson serves as Chairman of the Board for the Office committee for the Jacob Place Homeless Mission, and a member of the White County Ministerial Alliance.
Bishop Roberson accepted the call into ministy at the age of 27 and preached his first sermon on March 8, 1996 at Perfecting Ministries Church in Cleveland, Ohio, under the tutelage of Bishop Gregg Allen Dorsey. Bishop Roberson was license into the ministy by Pastor Emma Holloway on September 20, 1998. Bishop Roberson was publicly appointed, installed and licensed as a District Elder in the Fellowship of Independent Global Churches and Ministries (F.I.G.) for the Central District of Arkansas by the hands of the Presiding Prelate, His Eminence, Archbishop William P. Brown, Ph. D.
Bishop Roberson was duly consecrated to the office of Bishop by His Eminence, Archbishop R. McPherson, Presiding Prelate of Battlefield Ministries World Wide International, assisted by Co-Consecrator, His Grace, Jerome Nixon Second Assistant-Presider and Co-Consecrator, His Grace, Victor Sandiford Third Assistant-Presider.
Bishop Roberson is an alumnus of Harding University. He hold an Honorary Doctorate in Ministry from the School of The Scriptures located in Dallas Texas. Bishop Roberson has been featured in the 2000-2001 edition of Who's Who in Management for his outstanding leadership skills in addition to serving on several boards and committees.
