Dr. Shirley Hill will be conducting a 6 week wellness program on preventing, managing and healing diabetes. Everyone is welcome but, if you are a diabetic and would like to participate in this research study please message Dr. Hill your information and we will contact you. Program location: Sakal the Center 10637 S. Perry, Chgo. IL; beginning Wednesday May 23 at 6 p.m.
We need 30 diabetics to participate in wellness study, but all are welcome to attend.
