Tackling AIDS Through Sport, is a project implemented by Africa Youth Ministries, to sensitise young people about HIV/AIDS throughthe use of sports.
The Power of Sport in Africa

A survey carried out in Uganda by British Council to gauge the interests of young people aged 11 to 20, sport was the clear top response, where 88% of young people in Uganda were interested in sport and exercise, and the survey went further to reveal that 89% of boys and 68% of girls reported that they regularly watch it on TV. This makes sport as the most effective tool to reach Young people with Gospel.
