- Reverend A.D. Siddell was "officially" elected as Pastor, of The New Mt Olive M.B. Church on the first Sunday in May in 2011 , after lengthy 7 months of negotiations from the Pastoral search committee. He is also the Bi Vocational Pastor,. Being the Pastor of St Paul M.B. Church in Alton, Il. Under his leadership, The New Mt Olive M.B. Church was re-documented under the name of Victory Way M.B. Church. Pastor Siddell was the 4th and final pastor of the New Mt Olive M.B. Church and he serves as the Victory Way M.B. Church’s first official pastor. An associate church is currently allowing the Victory Way M.B. Church to hold services, after the New Mt Olive M.B. Church was damaged by what has been labelled the "Good Friday Storms' of 2011. Under his leadership, ministries have been formed to reach the congregation and the community and specifically the youth. He has also influenced the church to pursue a membership with the Antioch District Association of St Louis in June 2011. Standing by Pastor Siddell side is the Dynamic Songstress and the First Lady Carolyn D Siddell (affectionately called Lady Carolyn) and his three children. Lady Siddell is a Christian woman of virtue, poise, and grace, Lady Siddell is known for her amazing voice, endless love and wisdom, which she pours unreservedly into the seniors, middle-aged, children, youth and young adults. Lady Siddell is a woman of true character, and she handles her obligation to serve in ministry alongside her husband with superb devotion. As the First Lady she takes her primary responsibilities as a Godly wife, mother, and help-mate seriously. Although she never expected to be called to such a high service, she comments: "God is in control" Three ministers have been added, the Virtuous Minister Kameisha Carter, and the Annointed Reverend Eddie Johnson. he has added a musician, and choir director as well. Pastor Siddell introduced our present motto, “A Church with a Fellowship and a Pastor with a Message”.
Pastor Siddell is a preacher with a mission, which is to “Changing this World through the Word.” He believes that the body of Christ should be on one accord in every area of life. His preaching and teaching focuses on empowering believers spiritually, developing them educationally, exposing them culturally, activating them spiritually, and strengthening them in their faith.
Reverend Siddell is a fourth-generation preacher. He was saved in 2005, and after having served in the capacities of Deacon from 2005-2008. He was called to preach in 2008, and has served with his family for over 6 years at One Way M.B. Church in St Louis, MO. Where he delivered His First Sermon, "When ye fall...Prepare for the Process" . Reverend Siddell was licensed and Ordained at North Gallilee Baptist Church under the direction of Pastor Montgomery in 2008. He and his wife, Carolyn have Three children: Kiara(Mark), Aleyah, and Anthony Jr., and one grandson Markus Anthony., Three sisters Tarhonda Siddell(David), Katrina Ringo(Calvin) Veronica Siddell(William),. Raised in a single family home by his mother Mary Bradley, Reverend Siddell has all but erased the stereotype that comes with that, as a testimony to his mothers faith in God. Reverend Sddell is also influenced by his great-grandmother, grandmother, grandfather, and a who list of Uncles, Aunts and cousins, who for the most part, are all in the body of Christ. He also credits His pastor Al Grady of One Way M.B. Church for guiding him and allowing him to grow in the body of Christ.
Mrs Siddell was raised in a Godly Christian home by her Father, Howard Morton and Mother Essie Morton, to which 5 children where born, Richard, Craig, Russell & Gwendolyn, along with Mrs Siddell. Her Father and Brothers' Richard and Craig have past away . She attended St. Andrews M.B. Church, where L.A Brown is the pastor. As a child she attended Mt Nebo baptist Church under the Direction of Pastor Wilson. She met Pastor Siddell in 1995, anad after along courtship, They were married on August 29th, 1998 @ Mt Zion M.B. Church, where Reverend Siddell attended as a Child under the direction of Pastor JM Baker. Reverend Siddell was Baptized in 1998 at Mt Zion in 1998 by then Pastor Sammie Jones. Mrs enjoys spending time with her husband and children, volunteering at One Way M.B. Church. She also enjoys singing, shopping, writing and reading. She is currently taking classes at a community college. Showing her children that you are never to old continue your education.
